“We were eating our food and as the car next to us was getting their food, the driver accidentally hit the window button and the tray spilled all over the server, Alexis. Her reaction was commendable as well as the people in the car. The driver was very apologetic and Alexis said it was ok and took time to see what needed remade. She went inside and I saw her communicating to her coworkers what the guests needed before going to clean herself up. Her coworkers had her back bringing the order out reassuring the remorseful man that it was okay (teamwork). Alexis reappeared with a smile and a dry shirt Once again, telling the customer it was OK. I am writing this because as somebody witnessing the maturity from the young girl and everyone was refreshing and I wanted to give credit where it’s due!

“Why does anyone think this is good chicken? I got it last week for the first time and was not impressed. It was greasy had almost no flavor and their dipping sauce is disgusting. If it were crispy and there were additional sauces to choose from it would be tolerable. Considering its overpricedand very underwhelming I will not be back. Also if the chicken "fingers" were any smaller they should be called nuggets.“

“This place never, ever fails to have the best service. They have amassed a great team there of incredibly polite, quick and helpful individuals.
The ice cream is great DQ ice cream (even have dairy free options), but the people make the location.“

“Potato cakes are back!!! I'm not a fan of shaved beef, but the have great burgers and the chicken snack ranch wraps are a deal at 2 for $5! Also love their mozzarella sticks, jalapeño poppers and of course the seasoned curly fries are awesome! Had a jamocha shake that was super tasty!“

I conquered the famous Max the Knife burger, and it lived up to the hype—four juicy, cheesy patties layered in a triple-bun, a delicious and massive feast! My wife chose the Steak Salad, which was equally impressive. The steak was tender, perfectly seasoned, and served over a fresh bed of greens with their excellent fries and grilled pita. The vast menu and generous portions make this a winner for any craving. For great food and friendly service, Rockne's is a staple!“

“I'm not sure how Hartville McDonalds does it. I only go for breakfast . My order is never messed up, that esrly morning crew is friendly and hard working. I can tell there are days they are short staffed, but still the wait time it short or non-existent. The food is hot and tastes great.“

“Nice Taco Bell. The food was typical Taco Bell food, nothing too different from any other Taco Bell. Service was fast and they got my order correct. They also gave me plenty of sauce packets.

“The people running this place are very friendly and customer focused. This is most definitely NOT health food. This is salty greasy fattening but oh so satisfying in a way. Apparently they were voted the best sandwich place in Kent. Get the Roman Burger waffle fries and a cheese cup“

“Today's huge sandwich, using the 699FL code was absolutely wonderful. It's going to be at least two meals if not three. Everything tasted so fresh, and it was made exactly to my specifications. Definitely worth the $5 tip since I saved so much using the code.“

“I went to Hardee's today 4/16/2026 and was very pleased with the service I received. Hunter and Elijah were very friendly. I stopped going to hardee in ravenna because the service was horrible, but now that I know these 2 are working there I wont go anywhere else for my burgers and chicken. If I could say one thing to their manager I would yell them they both need a raise. We need more people like Hunter and Elijah working fast food. And not only was the service great the burger and fries I got were probably the best burger you could get in Ravenna“

“Love my local BK !!! not corp owned And I love that when they see my car they know Im going to ask about Hot fries lol My husband wants scolding hot fries . I like that I can get a milkshake at 7 o clock at nite if I wish. All a round its decent place to eat .“
