I wish I would’ve given it a chance sooner, the name turned me off because the other 44 is so poorly ran and (honestly) disgusting. The remodel looks great! It seems like whoever is running it has actual pride in their community and the environment that they are privileged enough to add to it! It’s not covered in dust, and dare I say it looks CLEAN (which isn’t always a requirement in a dive bar, but it is for me if I’m eating food), and the staff seems competent. Not quite a friendly/personable staff, but they could have probably used an extra server. Excited to have this in Berlin!“

“Kind of a hidden, hard to find spot in alliance despite being right on state street but it’s definitely worth a visit. Their cheeseburgers with their very own “hood sauce” are delicious and while it’s odd they don’t serve fries, they do have great cheesy potatoes that pair well. Very affordable and they have Kona big wave on draft which not all bars do. Atmosphere is interesting.“

“Fast and friendly service. Plus, I love going there, when I'm visiting my family, and in town, I don't have to go very far to be able to shoot some pool. (Sad that someone goes to a bar, just to have something to do to stay outta trouble. ) I heard rumors that the employees said that, " Ashley really livened up the place when she was here! “Stopped cause it’s close to the state park campground. Super reasonably priced ice cream with excellent portions. Peach double, more than I could handle, butter pecan is what it is, blue moon turns yer kids tongue, guess what color? And chocolate moose more than enough to shut the junior up for awhile.
