“Today 9/28/2018 at 4.15 PM. Joe the shift manager is a very nice guy. He would come every now and then to check on your order, clear plates and smiles at you on your way out. I can be at any Panera since they all serve the same thing but I would love to comeback to Seven Hills Panera to be met and greeted by Joe!!!“

“The coffee and service were great, but unfortunately the baked goods were not. My son and I each got a lemon poppyseed scone, and they had a strange taste. They didn't really taste like lemon at all, and I couldn't eat it. We took our order to go or I would have said something. I would go back for the coffee and atmosphere.“

Coffee alone is a strong flavor, so it stands to reason that strong flavors like black pepper and a good olive oil would work with it. The basil syrup is a nice sweet note, a little subtle for my taste, but we’re here to be bold, and this adventure is worth taking. The croissant, so perfectly buttery and crispy all at once is heaven paired with a pistachio butter and marmalade; a worthy accompaniment to that singular coffee.“

“Was randomly in the area and wanted to find a local coffee shop to get a couple of hours of work done. Let me tell you, this place is the perfect spot! Grabbed a donut and a cappuccino which were both great. Kind workers, very clean place and a great atmosphere to get some work done or have some coffee talk with a friend.

This is one of those places where you can tell who the regulars are because they are chatting and laughing with the employee's during their coffee talk.

“I have been coming here for well beyond thirty years and found the food to be deluscious every single time!“

“I think I just had the perfect small breakfast! A bacon and cheese croissant and an orange juice. My son placed an order by phone for take out. They were very responsive, even calling him back when they missed his call to take his order. My croissant was cooked to perfection and chocked with bacon. It wasn't just a couple of slices criss crossed on my croissant where every other bite was cheese and bread. Every bite had bacon cooked just the way I like it...crispy. The bottle of orange juice was even pleasing. It was frosty cold and tasted great! And let me not forget that my order was cooked fast! I will definitely be trying their full breakfast soon! And one of the best parts was that I got a chance to support a local business rather than the Burger King or McDonald's down the street. I know I made the better choice.!

“Such a great coffee shop! The Cafe de Olla is amazing, and the empanadas and guava rolls were equally as impressive! To top it off, the owner is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I mentioned that I had kids, and she took the time out of her day to show me around the building and told me all about the art museum’s exhibits (the cafe currently shares a space with the Cleveland Art Museum’s Community Arts Center) that she thought my kids might enjoy. I can’t wait to see all of the additional offerings when the new location opens!“

“I tried this restaurant for the first time today. It is conveniently located a block from my office, so I walked there, but there is on-site parking. It has a hip, modern, cozy vibe.
