“Me and my mom have been coming here for almost 2 years now — we started coming here because the coffees tasted just like the ones back in WA state; rich coffee, teas, and treats at a good price. The first year we came here, it was great customer service, they never messed up our drinks, and overall just a friendly environment to be in. Recently however, the drive to this coffee shop hasn’t been worth it. Our drinks have gotten repeatedly messed up, haven’t had very friendly encounters, and just overall felt like we weren’t welcomed. Making the 10-15 commute here used to feel so worth it, but it now feels like a gamble if I’m even gunna get what we paid for.
Look, I understand. I’m a barista myself and have worked a plenty of customer service/drive thru shops, yet there’s just no reason for that. If you don’t understand a customers order, it’s okay to say “I’m sorry, I didn’t quite catch that, what was it?” Or to repeat it back to them. Yes, people get frustrated, but it’s a whole lot better than giving something that’s completely not what they asked for and getting an angry customer.“

“Service was fast! I was in and out within 5 minutes max. Delicious oat milk latte. Gave me a cute little drinker topper as a gift. And the guy at the drive thru was funny, very friendly. You could tell he genuinely loved his job, which is always so nice to see! Wish I caught his name to give him a shout out. 10 stars and I'll be back!!“

“I got here almost every day and I pass another one on my way to work. The staff is friend and have always treat me good. my drink is always made the same and I have never had issues with them unlike other biggbys. keep up the great work! I love seeing those smiling faces in the morning“

“I'm not a normal coffee drinker, because I can't find a coffee that I enjoy. We visited True West Coffee and I had the absolute best cup of coffee I've ever had. So did everyone else in our group. Highly recommend!!“

“This DD always has a vibrant energy to the staff, doesn't matter if you show up at 6am or 6pm. The food is always prepared quickly and correctly. I usually get a medium coffee with all sorts of add one that these guys' nail every time. If you like Dunkin, go here!“

“I have the pleasure to work right around the corner, it is one of the best places to eat, get a coffee, and the staff is amazing!“
