“Me and my mom have been coming here for almost 2 years now — we started coming here because the coffees tasted just like the ones back in WA state; rich coffee, teas, and treats at a good price. The first year we came here, it was great customer service, they never messed up our drinks, and overall just a friendly environment to be in. Recently however, the drive to this coffee shop hasn’t been worth it. Our drinks have gotten repeatedly messed up, haven’t had very friendly encounters, and just overall felt like we weren’t welcomed. Making the 10-15 commute here used to feel so worth it, but it now feels like a gamble if I’m even gunna get what we paid for.

Look, I understand. I’m a barista myself and have worked a plenty of customer service/drive thru shops, yet there’s just no reason for that. If you don’t understand a customers order, it’s okay to say “I’m sorry, I didn’t quite catch that, what was it?” Or to repeat it back to them. Yes, people get frustrated, but it’s a whole lot better than giving something that’s completely not what they asked for and getting an angry customer.“

“First time trying this, and i actually liked it i think it’s underrated, the service was fast and great, taste was really good and you can taste an actual quality coffee, cups are also unique. Will definitely be back when in Fairfield“

“I'm not a normal coffee drinker, because I can't find a coffee that I enjoy. We visited True West Coffee and I had the absolute best cup of coffee I've ever had. So did everyone else in our group. Highly recommend!!“

“Always a great stop in the mornings! Super friendly & a huge variety of doughnuts. Also extremely affordable making it a go to for every occasion; From Friday morning pick me up doughnuts for the team at work, to a Saturday morning doughnut date in at home.“

“I got here almost every day and I pass another one on my way to work. The staff is friend and have always treat me good. my drink is always made the same and I have never had issues with them unlike other biggbys. keep up the great work! I love seeing those smiling faces in the morning“

“Great Coffee Place and even better workers.“

“I get why this is a big deal and people wait in line.
My first time was a few nights ago. It was near closing time and the staff was as delightful. They all told me their favorite drinks and I went one of the suggested one.
Can’t remember it at he moment.
If I were to open a coffee shop Riley, McKenna, and Lexi would be my first hired.“

“We stopped here for a quick bite before touring a wedding venue. The service was great, large cocktail menu, lunch (grilled eggplant sandwich) was delicious. I loved the design of the place. The adjacent restaurant is connected but is closed for lunch and used as an art gallery.“

“I love the drink! The cashier was not very friendly....“

“Best bingsu I've had in Cincinnati so far. the ice texture is perfect, and the drinks they make the ice from are awesome. The toppings are a bit generic/inauthentic but the ice is what really matters. Also convenient to get to from Jungle Jim's. The fruity ones (mango, watermelon) taste like they're made with real fruit. The Thai tea one is incredible.“
