I will recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants quality at a fair price. For a small sit down/carry out restaurant, I thought the place was super clean and new looking with white quartz counters and white wall tiles. Looks very new inside.“

“My first visit to Charter House on E. 185th was truly a great experience. From the moment we walked in, the customer service stood out—nothing but smiles and positive energy all evening.

Although the dining room was fully reserved, we were seated at the bar and honestly didn’t mind one bit. It turned out to be the perfect spot. We were warmly greeted by Amira, whose beautiful smile and bubbly personality set the tone right away.

Sky, our bartender, was amazing. She was attentive, gracious, and made one of the best espresso martinis I’ve ever had, definitely my favorite, and she nailed it. She really took great care of us throughout the night.

The atmosphere was just right for celebrating a friend’s birthday, comfortable, lively, and welcoming. We ordered appetizers only, and every single one was on point. The crab cake, truffle fries, and catfish fingers were all superb. Major kudos to the chefs in the kitchen.
