“I am a doordash driver and I had multiple pickups at this location last night. The staff were all very friendly and polite, and they all were working hard. Nobody was sitting around on their phones or anything. Service was quick and enjoyable. I do a lot of deliveries late at night and at fast food places such as this the service is usually very poor and slow late at night but at this location the service was exceptional, so much so to the point that I felt compelled to leave a review.

“went to Swensons on Madison road in Cincinnati ohio. We had been meaning to try this since it open. We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly. I'd recommend to anyone but I'd definitely recommend to double your order if you want enough to eat.“

“Ritzys is the perfect smash burger place. It’s a classic, simple smash burger done perfectly. From the melty cheese over a slightly crispy burger edge to crispy shoestring fries, this place is a very nostalgic. It’s also a reasonable drive from anywhere in the city. “Amazing service! I have a food allergy and asked if one of their sandwiches contained the ingredient. They went above and beyond to try to figure out if the food contained the ingredient and came out and talked to me about why the food was taking extra time. They couldn't find if the ingredient was in the contents, even after calling and texting and so I ordered something different. When my food was delivered, it had already been paid for. Very kind people and amazing service.“

“First time eating in the restaurant. The bearded gentleman who took my order was personable and friendly. He came out to clean up the dining room after a larger group of teens left and asked me how everything was with my experience.

“I came in here with my children last week and had the best service I’ve had since covid! The young lady who waited on us, Skyler, was absolutely phenomenal. Her smile never left her face and she made sure we had a great time! This type of service is what makes me want to come in and spend money, I will be there the same time this week to sit in that section. She made this our new favorite dinner spot!“

“I was traveling and stopped here to grab some food. I seen they have lamb burgers so I tried a lamb burger and fries. It's really good stuff and made with really nice toppings as well as you can see in the pictures. The individuals were really nice to me when I was there and were talking about various foods while I was there ordering and waiting for my stuff. The Carolina Gold BBQ sauce was incredible and complemented the toast perfectly. I also had the 6 Boneless Wing Pack Carolina Gold BBQ Fries Tossed in Sauce/Dry Rub I'll definitely be returning!“

“This is one place in Delaware that is pretty quick on getting you through the line or getting you out of the dining. I have always had fresh food and I've been going there probably at least 7 years or more and maybe they've gotten something wrong on my meal once. So you really can't complain pretty laid back and quiet inside. I like their gyros really well“
