“We usually don't have any trouble with this Arby's and the food is always soooo good, but today we had trouble with the order taker/window girl. She was in a hurry and got mad at us when we kept having to re-ask for things, she wasn't hearing us and we weren't understanding her. We feel bad, and I know the job is fast paced, but communication is important.
Oh, and my mom just said her Philly cheesesteak had gristle and bone in it, idk if it's supposed to? And one of the drinks was wrong... 🤷‍♀️😕

“We took our lunch here today while enroute home. It's a clean facility, bright and fresh. Associates are professional and very efficient. They were fast in taking and getting the orders. Cleaning up crew was fast and clean too. We enjoyed our lunch.”

“When in Elyria I prefer this Taco Bell location. The staff is way better then Cleveland Street and Downtown. I've only done online order and pick up. Food has always been right and done on time.
The other location I recommend is Chestnut Commons.”

“Resteraunt was very clean. Food was fresh and hot. The manager was overlooking everything constantly. He is a very good manager and it shows. I haven't seen a Resteraunt that well ran in decades. Thats how it should be. Very impressed.”

“I have been to this location on numerous occasions in the past and found it to be one of the worse Chipotle's as far as food consistency and quality, sometimes service. I was informed by another Chipotle worker that this location has new Management and they seem to have turned around the quality of the food significantly! Place was fairly clean and the workers actually got my meal down the line very fast which is kinda rare these days.”

“The food and restaurant were great! The bathrooms were absolutely horrible. They were very dirty and not at all maintained. I felt like I was back at a college bar. There was no soap in the containers, just a hand soap bottle left on the sink that was uncomfortable to even touch. No paper towels, very little toilet paper. The floor was littered. The walls had graffiti. I was so disappointed and the condition made me worry about what the kitchen looked like. For a restaurant in Crocker park, where the prices were high, should not have a restroom that looks like that! It's not like they were too busy to get to it either as there were only two or three tables filled with customers to take care of. Thus will keep me from going to this place again.”

“We have been members of Cooper’s hawk for almost a year now. we come every single month to have dinner before we go do our wine tastings and select which bottles we liked to take home. I have never had a bad meal here. the servers that supply the wine tasting are always incredible.

Tonight we had the pleasure of having Steve B as our server at dinner. he made our experience the best yet in our year of membership here. He is an incredible asset to the Cooper’s Hawk family.

In the past, the olives were marinated olives and not out of the jar and the cheese ball was not up to par as it usually is. Still love this place and we will come back just bring back the marinated olives!”
