“This is the only location for Mr. Hero's that I go to.
This store is always the cleanest and friendliest restaurant that I go to.
I work a lot and I pay for everything on my own.
So when I spend my money somewhere I'm not only spending my money but I am also spending the time that I used to get that money, and time is something we can never get back. Food quality and accuracy is the most important thing to me when I am spending my money. The people here always are super friendly and they always keep the store super clean. You never have to wait long for your food at all when you go here. I always tell people about this specific location when we bring up places that we like to eat because I love eating here more than just about anywhere else. Caring about my food is caring about my life and they definitely make sure you're getting the quality that you're paying for with the money you spent so much time earning. It's not far from the highway at all, in fact it's very close. If anyone doesn't have time to cook or is out and about being busy and working and can't afford to spend too long waiting for food, I seriously recommend you stop into this location and get yourself something to eat. I promise you you will never wait long at all.out of all of the Mr. Hero's in the different cities and townships of Lorain County, this is literally the only one I go to for a while now because of how clean they are and how good they prepare my food. You will never ever get low quality food from this location, I promise. Every dollar I spend here is an investment for their business and they take great pride in making sure your investment into them is returned to you with the best quality and service.
I love this location and everybody that works here and I hope they know how much appreciation I have for the care they take into making my food, because food is the most important thing to me and the one thing I get to enjoy every day.

“We usually don't have any trouble with this Arby's and the food is always soooo good, but today we had trouble with the order taker/window girl. She was in a hurry and got mad at us when we kept having to re-ask for things, she wasn't hearing us and we weren't understanding her. We feel bad, and I know the job is fast paced, but communication is important.
Oh, and my mom just said her Philly cheesesteak had gristle and bone in it, idk if it's supposed to? And one of the drinks was wrong... 🤷‍♀️😕

“Haven't been there in a long time my wife and I were out and about scrapping and decided to stop in grab something quick to eat all I can say is the original recipe doesn't look like the same as it used to now I love crunchy and the floors weren't that clean they were pretty slippery for a food restaurant they need to take care of better of that place especially the floors and in this season with snow somebody could fall”

“When in Elyria I prefer this Taco Bell location. The staff is way better then Cleveland Street and Downtown. I've only done online order and pick up. Food has always been right and done on time.
The other location I recommend is Chestnut Commons.”

“Best Chipotle I’ve been to in awhile. Kid serving me was SUPER friendly and fast! He also made the biggest burrito I’ve had at Chipotle since early 2000’s!!! Like they’re supposed to be made! Would definitely come back”

If you plan on going to the establishment on a busy night you will need to make a reservation because their seating area is a little small but allows for a more romantic atmosphere. However my wife and I choose to go on a Sunday night which didn't require a reservation. 2. Their homemade dipping sauces for myself were a little plaid except for the one that was just extremely spicy.”

“as a cuban i had such an amazing experience here!! the chef and waitress were so kind and came out to chat a few times, i felt right at home. :)) the restaurant plays classic cuban music and the vibe is so authentically cuban, it made my heart so full to see a restaurant of my culture!! the food was delicious and authentic, tastes just like my mom's cooking. i recommend the yuca en mojo and congri, the pollo asado was honestly delicious and my boyfriend got a pan con lechon that filled him up after only eating half!! great prices, great service, great people! patria y vida”

“We had my mom’s 90th birthday party with 28 guests at the Westlake location this morning. Because we are regulars there, Nick the manager bent the rules a wee bit to allow us to have the back area, near the bar for our party right at opening time on a Saturday. The service by wait staff Mary and Lauren was fabulous, every one of us LOVED our food and your hospitality was off the charts! Thank you again for allowing us to have this 90th in the best of all places for our youngest family member (age one) and all the way up! Love, love, love Kitchen Social. Ps. My pimento burger and ceasar salad were ‘da bomb’!”

“Whenever I make my way to the West side around noon, I end up at Bohdi Express for lunch. I don't go there because I'm Vegan (I'm not). I don't go there because I'm vegetarian (I'm not). I go there because the food is delicious and reasonably priced. The "Beef" and Broccoli tastes just like beef and broccoli. The staff there are very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. I look forward to my next visit.”
