“Outstanding customer service! The employees are always friendly and courteous. Orders are taken carefully and delivered to the table when dining in. Tonight, for the first time, we had a minor mix up on our order. When we made a staff member aware, the manager promptly offered to make a new sub and personally made sure it was correct this time. The attention to detail and making sure the customer was satisfied was very much appreciated. Thank you again to the entire Penn Station staff! Keep up the good work.“

“I loved visiting this subway. The staff was quick and knowledgeable. The lady working the counter was brilliant with her skill-set and took pride, I believe, in making a good sammich! The bread was fresh. we both got Italian herbs and cheesh. She got the turkey, I got the Steak. The veggies were fresh and crisp. The location was clean and quiet. I have no complaints. I will visit again. Delish.“

“Upon arriving there was a huge line. Alex was the ONLY employee working and was super apologetic to everyone.
He worked hard to help everyone and had great customer service skills! Please recognize him and possibly give him a raise because he really deserves it. & please try to get some more help.“
