“On 2-7-25 I ordered at drive thru. I waited for them to bring out my order. 4 cars behind me got their order.I went inside to find out where my order was. Asst Mgr Barb, without missing a beat continued filling orders, asked if they had my order.When she got no answer, she asked one of the cooks to make my sandwich.She asked another co-worker if she had coupons. Once my order was ready, she sincerely apologized for the and gave me my food and the coupon. I told her I was impressed with how she made things happen and took care of the situation. She was very professional and was doing an awesome job managing the business.“

“We hadn't been to ocharleys in years and went to Springdale. We met our bartender allison quickly after we sat. She was rhe best ! We would request her any day of rhe week! Drinks were delicious, food was great, and service was even better. See you again soon ocharleys!!!! Thank you allison !“
“This restaurant is located inside the Springdale 18 movie theater. There was one young lady working the bar, waiting tables, and what seemed to be one cook. It was a Saturday evening and we came here because there was an hour+ wait for seating at surrounding restaurants and we didn't want to be late for our movie. Service was slow but consistent considering the staffing situation. They should be paid more for the awesome service they provided, which was the best they could do! The food was as good as expected and was as ordered. This is a good place to get a quick bite and adult beverages before your movie starts.“

“My family and I was there today to celebrate my mothers birthday, we ABSOLUTELY loved the food them ribs are to die for, however the memorable part was our server Tonya, I think I’m saying her name right, she was AMAZING I mean she engaged with my mom and son like if she was apart of the Family and THAT took us right away, the only downside was by the time we had received our drinks she was no longer our server which REALLY upset my mother, However the new server was nice she just wasn’t her,,, we LOVE the spot and enjoyed the whole atmosphere and my mother and Family DEFINITELY will be back we just hope that we run into that server Tonya again!!! OUR NEW FAVORITE SPOT!!!“

“This is my favorite restaurant in Cincinnati. The service and food is always on point. I get the garden hash for breakfast and either the scallops or the mushroom pasta for dinner. I love the ambiance in there as well. They have a nice outdoor area and they have areas you can rent out for parties. Highly recommend.“

“I was introduced to Apple Spice Junction and they are now officially incorporated into my lunch needs for work. Last week 38 boxed Classic lunches were ordered and today 18 boxed Deluxe lunches were ordered. Safe to say that I WILL ALWAYS BE BACK. Great food, and even better service. They are keepers as far as I’m concerned. 10/10 A+“

“Quite a fun and lovely evening. Wonderful atmosphere in vintage train cars from the 1940s and 50s. Railroad staff are in uniform and there is a great trio singing music from the time period. Service was friendly, efficient, and attended to our every need. The food was prepared on board the train and everything was very tasty! There is a full bar and several fun, themed cocktails. The route was great and offered some fantastic views. The conductor also provided some wonderful history along the route. I've been wanting to take the train for so many years, and I'm so glad I got the chance! Guests often dress in vintage clothing, so feel free to join in on the fun.“

“I couldn't wait to write a review before we left. This was my first time here since moving to the area three years ago and when I say I have never in my entire life had a steak this good, I mean it. Ive lived all across the country and dined at hundreds of restaurants and this by far is the best food I have ever had. I got literal chills when eating. CHILLS.
I mean, you can tell how much pure passion and energy the chefs put into this. Not a single bad part of this experience. 10/10 no notes“

“Mia was excellent. Great service and food. We had reservations on a Sunday at 1130. When we arrived, the restaurant was basically empty. We were seated - four adults looking to enjoy each other's company. Approximately 15 minutes after we sat down, the hostess sat a large party that included 5 toddlers. The noise level went through the ceiling. the entire restaurant was empty - or nearly so. What inspired the staff to sit this noisy bunch near us? We had just started eating making requesting a move very inconvenient to us.“

“Some friends and I who had not seen each other in many years met up at Cooper’s Hawk last night for dinner. We were treated so well in every aspect! They let us catch up for hours and our server answered our many questions about the menu and wine with patience and knowledge. Our food was delicious and the wine pairings were excellent. I had Coffee for drink, Tri - Fecta with an extra egg medium well, whites cooked alone with a side of season potatoes with bacon.
