Service was with a smile and they really pile on the ice cream and timings. But I found the ice cream by itself pretty average. Might be I didn’t choose the right flavour. Couldn’t find much of a difference from any other chain.“

“Update: I went for a second time and realized a place shouldn’t be judged by one experience. No mistakes on the order this time, food was still good . Good but not great .

I eat a decent amount of fast food and I was surprised myself that I hadn’t tried Culver’s. So I made the drive to this location about 15 minutes from me . I heard good things about the onion rings and I had ordered a large one but of course my first order and it was missing. I don’t really mind getting a few orders wrong when I go go to a place lot of times but first time kind of rubbed me the wrong way.

Food was decent . Chicken sandwich doesn’t compare to Chick Fil A at all.“

He is always smiling, has a GREAT attitude and is the real reason we go there . If I owned a company, I would do everything I could to hire him away. The food is always good, Gilbert is great!!“

The only con is the price, for a burger and then if you want to combo it for fries and a drink is almost 20 dollars 🤯!!! And the lady serving me noticed that I had my toddler with me and asked to split my toddlers milkshake in half to make it easier for his to drink in a smaller cup. “First time visiting this place. Went with a friend who raved about it. Everything was good, employees were polite, no complaints from me. It's just a little pricey, but that's just my opinion. Im not mad, if you're able to have a successful business by getting people to pay $20 for 2 cookies and 2 brownies, I'm all for it. I just don't see myself going back. Again, it's not because there's any things I would say that would make someone not go, just not my kind of place. But if you're looking for a decent size cookie that's tasty and warm but don't want to bake it yourself then I'd recommend enjoying a 5 cookie lol“

Last week however, (not the workers fault though) online it said on Tuesday (very early like 3am) that they still had the biscoff Dubai brownie (sometimes they have them leftover from previous week) but I ordered it online for pick up in morning…. Mind you getting Dubai anything costs an extra $1.50… I ordered 3 & when I got there they told me that they didn’t have it bc it was for previous week. Every other store online didn’t have it online shown but they did. I ended up picking 2 cookies that weren’t anything I wanted but I never got refunded or anything. I spent an extra 4.50 for the Dubai brownie but was still owed $ for the other one I didn’t get. Super bummed“

I waited about 10 mins, but my food came out sizzling. I would take that wait any day of the week for the food to turn out the way that it did. 10/10 experience.“

After leaving the store this weekend with such a small amount of different chocolates for 33.00 dollars I was so disappointed. I shared the photo and price with a couple friends and even they were shocked. It's really sad how extremely high a small amount is. I just wish the customer was kept in mind a little more when these prices get so hicked up. There was a second pretzel candy bar of no charge (BOGO) not pictured.“
