“My husband and I frequent this place, but today was extra special. We went there today to take advantage of the BOGO special for Mother's Day and by the time we got there, it was sold out. The owner Jen Crichfield came out and spoke to us to explain how busy they were today and how quickly that they sold out of the special BOGO containers. We totally understood and was about to leave. She then made conversation with us asking us what our favorite flavors were and asked would we would be open to letting her give us a few different samples to taste. We agreed and tasted flavors that we probably would have never tried. We then stood there and spoke to one another for a while. It was pleasureable. She spoke about how nice we were and we said the same to her. Good customer service and simply being nice goes a long way in todays world and definitely appreciated. “Came through here in the middle of an 8 hour long drive and was pleasantly surprised. The staff are very personable and friendly; they helped me sort through all the changes in the subway menu (I hadn't been to a subway in _years_) to figure out what I wanted. And it was good food! I usually have some doubts about restaurants inside of gas stations but this one was great.“

“I work in this store 12 years ago and we just to hang cut all of the meats they were really good quality back then, now they buy precut meats and they are not the same cuality they just taste cheaper, so this please is not the same any more as it was before. Now they are more focus in making investors more money then making costumers happy im sure I'm not the only Costumer who fell this way. Just look at the reviews they just keep getting worse, this is just the same history with every other frenchise restaurant they beging good and over the time investors want more money so they beging buying cheaper ingredients just like many others franchise the are now dead, it was a good run for this restaurant wile it lasted, let's enjoy there last few good ithems before they thurn to make fake bread like subway.“

You guys close at 9pm. So when I walk in at 8:20 and get service like this!.... I have to speak up. I hate places that close at a certain time but close everything up before hand (which is 90% of fastfood/fast casual places). Not only did they have what I needed (which required the grill), but they were happy to serve. It's service like that that makes these property taxes worth it. Jersey Mike's never fails.“

“Everyone is so nice and they don’t have an issue or get an attitude when you ask them to fix something, like the soda machine running out of syrup. Everyone that works here is very kind, and they do their best to get your order out in a timely manner even if it’s really busy. Sometimes service can be slow on a busy day but when your in there you can tell that it’s not their fault and they are doing their best.“

“This is by far the best subway I have ever been to. I live in Hilliard and when I have a craving for subway, without even thinking about it, I will drive out of my way to this specific subway! They are very friendly and hygienic. As soon as I order vegetarian food, they switch out knives and change gloves. Beyond great service, and food is always above expectations.“

“Excellent experience!No one sleeping in a booth and staff that is friendly and appreciative of my stopping in.I have been to one in the area and they are consistently "put out" and have stipulations with the coupons.This location is a great example of a great subway!The subs were made perfectly, they accepted the coupon as written (no on-site exclusion).They were friendly and efficient and didn't ask why we wanted our subs the way we like them.Definitely my new local subway. It is worth the extra mile and a half drive to have a good experience.
