“We came here for dinner and there were 7 of us. Hostess told us there was not a table available so they put us on a list. Than she told us we had to wait in our car. My grandchildren were busy playing on the game machines so I asked her if we could just hang out by the games and she was very rude to me and said we were in the way. So we had to take the small children outside and wait. So than we kept seeing people coming in with the same amount of people being seated before us. Finally when we were seated the waitress took our order and we literally waited for an hour and a half for our food. The waitress got an attitude with us when we asked about our order instead of apologizing to us. I probably would of understood if the place was busy but by the time we sat down all the tables around us were empty. I felt very disrespected and felt like the hostess and the waitress were very rude . Also the food was terrible. I will never go to this place ever again. Terrible customer service“

“Sharrya and Tionne were high energy and provided exceptional customer service. I would hire Sharrya and Tionne if they lived closer to Grand Rapids, MI as I own a restaurant myself. “Let me tell you something.... I got out to eat often, and none of these high dollar restaurants come close to matching the energy, happiness and delight that the staff had here today. Its Chick Fil A, the foods always good... but this was one of my first times ever eating inside of one, and the service I received was impeccable. Young man walked around and refilled our drinks, took care of trash trays, young lady at register was super super friendly. All around, impeccable experience. Keep it up!“

“It was Valentine's evening, had a Xmas gift card for Longhorn. It was packed inside and out at 6 pm, a 3 1/2 hour wait for seating. We left and called Olive Garden on Reynolds Rd. They had a one hour wait, we placed an order for pick up and it was ready at 7:20 as promised. Our dinners were perfect, hubby had salmon and I had chicken fettuccine, the food was hot and the staff sent the sides they serve in house - salad & dressing, breadsticks, etc. We had a delicious meal and we praise and thank the staff who were awesome.“

“We had an amazing experience with Vito's Pizza! Our order arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected, and the pizza was hot and fresh. The delivery was prompt, and the quality of the pizza was outstanding. Highly recommend Vito's for their excellent service and delicious pizza!“

“I've not been to this location. I just want everyone to know this is the best food I ever had (and im a big time foodie). We miss you Piada in Michigan!! The one in Troy MI used to have a big line at lunch wrapped around the building even day. What happened? Go here and the food will not disappoint! I may have to travel to Toledo just for Piada! Enjoy 😉“

“The food was hot fresh and amazing! The young man who served us was so wonderful. I can’t remember his name but he was a scholarship winner from chick-fil-a. He was very kind, and asked how we were doing which was very thoughtful as our baby was in the hospital at the time. We would definitely go here over the other location in town.“

“I love pizza. I like almost every pizza I can get my hands on but I really really love Vito’s Pizza. Not only is their pizza beyond delicious, they also employ awesome people. They are consistently friendly and polite, but what’s more, they obviously enjoy where they work. It’s genuinely a fun and happy atmosphere.
Did I mention they make the extraordinarily delicious pizza??“

“We had lunch today for my mom's 91st birthday! The Olive Garden has been my mom's favorite restaurant for over 20 years.
We all had such a nice time! The service provided by Gabby was excellent! Gabby was very kind, friendly, efficient and attentive! The food was amazing as always! Thank you so much!“
“Stopped in after a movie...first time for us. We are not wine drinkers, happy to see other drinks on the menu. We loved our seat by the fireplace, love the heavy duty tables and chairs.
It was clean and we were greeted. Our server was Hanah-she delivered a great experience. The french onion soup was very tasty and my husband got the burger. Everything was excellent. Thank you.“

“We met here for a managers meeting and it worked out great. There was the perfect seating out of the way so we didn't have to worry about bothering others.
I personally am still adjusting to this new world of limited human contact in customer service, I'm not a fan. You place your order on a computer and pick your order up at the counter all with no interaction with an employee.
Overall the location served it's purpose and it was a pleasant experience.“

“Such an amazing new hidden gem! Margaritas are fabulous and are even on special several times a week! Beans are absolutely made from scratch every single day and the best I’ve ever tasted! “This Panera is inside Entrance B of the hospital, for anyone else who is confused trying to find it like I was. The food was exactly as expected for Panera, which means my soup and bread was delicious. I love the broccoli cheddar. It would be much more convenient to eat here if there were more (or any) signs on the hospital campus telling you where it is.“
