“We came here for dinner and there were 7 of us. Hostess told us there was not a table available so they put us on a list. Than she told us we had to wait in our car. My grandchildren were busy playing on the game machines so I asked her if we could just hang out by the games and she was very rude to me and said we were in the way. So we had to take the small children outside and wait. So than we kept seeing people coming in with the same amount of people being seated before us. Finally when we were seated the waitress took our order and we literally waited for an hour and a half for our food. The waitress got an attitude with us when we asked about our order instead of apologizing to us. I probably would of understood if the place was busy but by the time we sat down all the tables around us were empty. I felt very disrespected and felt like the hostess and the waitress were very rude . Also the food was terrible. I will never go to this place ever again. Terrible customer service“

“I assumed the transaction went smoothly until the cashier, “Lex” , lied on me right to my face to the chef claiming I was rude to her. She did it as if she was having a secret conversation, but did not bother to lower her voice. She could’ve even waited until I left. When I asked for her name she gave me a nickname & would not tell me her real name. I don’t appreciate being lied on, lied to, nor receiving poor service. “Lex” and the other line worker began talking about other customers right on the line, directly after this incident. I’ve never had a bad experience at any Piada across the map. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing to experience such poor service. I will likely never go back to this location again.“

“Amazing gluten free options! Gluten free buns make almost every chicken sandwich a option! The service is 100#! Once we ordered five gluten free buns, they came to us and offered us a refund for two of the buns and sandwiches because they weren't warmed up! Totally a must try!!“

They have good tasting food with excellent customer service and this location continued the trend of never having a bad experience when it comes to Chick-fil-A. “Think of it as a Jamaican Food Truck inside a gas station and you won't be disappointed. The gas station is disappointing. Call in you order, there is no advantage of being there in person unless you consider bum fights an advantage. No pictures of the dishes or any explanations given. It felt as though I was expected to know my order before I walked through the door. The service is quick, not fast, the food is authentic and delicious.“
