“We came here for dinner and there were 7 of us. Hostess told us there was not a table available so they put us on a list. Than she told us we had to wait in our car. My grandchildren were busy playing on the game machines so I asked her if we could just hang out by the games and she was very rude to me and said we were in the way. So we had to take the small children outside and wait. So than we kept seeing people coming in with the same amount of people being seated before us. Finally when we were seated the waitress took our order and we literally waited for an hour and a half for our food. The waitress got an attitude with us when we asked about our order instead of apologizing to us. I probably would of understood if the place was busy but by the time we sat down all the tables around us were empty. I felt very disrespected and felt like the hostess and the waitress were very rude . Also the food was terrible. I will never go to this place ever again. Terrible customer service“

“I assumed the transaction went smoothly until the cashier, “Lex” , lied on me right to my face to the chef claiming I was rude to her. She did it as if she was having a secret conversation, but did not bother to lower her voice. She could’ve even waited until I left. When I asked for her name she gave me a nickname & would not tell me her real name. I don’t appreciate being lied on, lied to, nor receiving poor service. “Lex” and the other line worker began talking about other customers right on the line, directly after this incident. I’ve never had a bad experience at any Piada across the map. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing to experience such poor service. I will likely never go back to this location again.“

Call in you order, there is no advantage of being there in person unless you consider bum fights an advantage. No pictures of the dishes or any explanations given. “This Panera is inside Entrance B of the hospital, for anyone else who is confused trying to find it like I was. The food was exactly as expected for Panera, which means my soup and bread was delicious. I love the broccoli cheddar. It would be much more convenient to eat here if there were more (or any) signs on the hospital campus telling you where it is.“
