“We went today for our first time for the Sunday brunch special and oh. my. goodness. They had everything you could want. Breakfast included quiche, biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage, kielbasa and eggs. Also pancakes and Belgian waffles. Brunch had homemade mac n cheesecake which was some of the best ive ever had. Turkey with mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing, prime rib, ham. I mean i was literally in heaven. But the star of the show was definitely the turkey and the mac n cheese. Absolutely amazing. This is our new spot forsure ❤️”

She said they would not give us extra sauce!! Hmmm!! Really? So for all you that like extra sauce on your pizza… they don’t do that! Also, the waitress never took any of our dirty dishes away.”

Sitting at the back bar, you get a great view of the cooks making your ramen. The food was amazing, I got Shoyu ramen and my partner got the Bacon Ramen and both were delicious. Hubs had the fettuccine bolognese and I had the salmon with gnocchi. We both had a side dinner salad which were cold and crisp. Hubs said his dinner was delicious. My salmon was perfectly cooked, gnocchi was soft and tender.
Waitress/bartender was nice - it appeared that she was the only waitstaff that evening. Watched her with other guests - provided good service to everyone.”

“Chef Erika Rapp never disappoints and every visit to this wonderful restaurant reaffirms it as my favorite place for our Anniversary dinner. I look forward to the coconut, chorizo and sweet potato steamed muscles that she has had on the fall menu consistently for the last 5 years. And being Gluten Free the care Chef Erika takes to offer many delicious options, means I can always find the perfect meal. Last night the fish dish was perfection, from the perfectly cooked cod, to the savory and slightly sweet delicata squash puree to the textural elements of the crisp broccolini and the crunch of the pomagranate and pepitas. And the dish paired wonderfully with a crisp Sauvignon Blanc. After enjoying a basket of gluten free pop-overs (another favorite treat) and appetizers I was stuffed, but the dish was too delicious to leave even one bite on the plate. Our server Miranda was fabulous. Attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and added so much to our dining experience. I highly reccommend.”

I asked our waiter Seth and he said it would be 50 cents for a cup of bacon bits when we have gotten it before. They were understaffed for the rush they got when we went. Our server/the bartender Monica was sweet as could be. As accommodating as she could be with a full bar and several tables. Props to her, she was wonderful.

“As a new Toledoan, I had the chance to check out one of the city’s oldest restaurants. It’s like walking into a different time period - a restaurant like no other in town. There’s a train car that goes through the center of the restaurant, old school Tiffany’s style lamps and almost like a saloon meets checkered tablecloth vibe. The team has been working there for years - some even 20+! Service is small-town friendly, there are plenty of rooms for big parties and 4 tops alike and the prices are great. There’s currently a BOGO deal for entire pasta entrees. The kitchen is a mostly scratch kitchen with the exception of then breads and pastas which are made in large pasta pots in the kitchen. The garlic butter is amazing and the lasagna and chicken parm were my two fav dishes. The Lambrusco is a yummy wine choice, and they offer Chianti and Pinot noir along with some others. This isn’t the fanciest meal you’ll have in town, but the sauce is good, the chicken is cooked perfectly on the Alfredo and the parm, and the prices are right. Come here for fun events like murder mystery parties and comedy shows on weekends! Also a perfect venue for group parties or showers.”
