I would never visit Amie’s again. We waited over 45 minutes to get our pizza. We were told that it was being prepared. There were over 15 other customers that came and went. After asking several times about our order it finally came up and they actually forget to make it but did not give an excuse why it happened except everyone makes mistakes. No option for a refund or money off.
Own up to screwing up
We visit Amie’s Pizza Factory every Friday night for delicious pizza, lasagna and spaghetti. The dining room is always clean, the staff is always friendly and the food is always exceptional. It’s a great experience and a great value. Highly recommended!
