“I’ve always loved Maddie & Bella for their delicious drinks and cozy atmosphere. Today, a coffee cart vendor canceled on me last minute for a company celebration event. I wanted to still provide employees with a delicious locally owned option so I placed large to go orders at M&B Perrysburg for pretty much first thing in the morning. The staff at M&B accommodated us with smiles on their faces and our employees were so thankful. Thank you for saving the day, Maddie & Bella!“

“Stopped in on a fall-like windy night. It was cozy inside. The atmosphere is relaxing and classy. There’s a lot more space inside than appears from the outside and I loved how there were different sections to hang out in upstairs or downstairs. Our bartender Andrew made a customized aperol spritz that was delicious! We also got the berries & brie and a smoothie for my little one.“

We had explained that we were just passing through the area and would have to place an order next time we were there. I did not catch the name of the person behind the desk; however, he had the BEST customer service and was able to create some remarkable choices for us on the spot. “Scooters is an amazing place to get your morning coffee or beverage from. The atmosphere there is amazing everybody is always so friendly and ready to help you get a drink to make your day the best it can be. I love that they are always willing to help me find something new to drink when I want to try something new but not sure what to get. They love talking to my kiddos when they order for themselves. And they always take the extra initiative to make sure our orders are up to par!“

“Cafe Donuts single handedly saved the day for our child’s donut theme breakfast birthday. We discovered that Krispy Kreme was just… closed despite placing a pick up order earlier in the week for this. This was at 9 AM and we had no treats for a party! We called cafe donuts in a panic- we had 60 people to feed! By 10:00 AM, we had 200 freshly made donut holes and four dozen raised glazes with sprinkles to match our theme still a bit warm from the fryer on our party table- even including a special donut with multicolored sprinkles in a box labeled “happy birthday!” The person picking up said every employee was working impressively quickly to get this order out the door in under 30 minutes from phone call to car! My frantic husband even noted that the manager was calm and collected when he was definitely not, suggesting the right number of donuts and types! I cannot express how extraordinary their customer service is. We already loved their donuts anyway, but I have to say I don’t know that we’ll ever go to another bakery in Toledo besides Cafe after this day saving experience!“

“Great customer service! I didn’t make it there until the day after my birthday so my free coffee coupon was gone! I didn’t know it only lasted that day. Elijah (spell check lol) took my order as we has a great conversation at the same time. After that she said my order will be up in a moment and HAPPY BIRTHDAY you’re all set!! It’s my 50th birthday and I was bummed I missed it but they took care of me! All of the employees were so nice and we have a great pic that I posted!
