“I never got to catch the gentleman’s names but he was incredibly sweet. I was there earlier tonight (8/8/25) at around 9:30pm. He was working alone and was doing a fantastic job. He was moving as fast as possible while making sure the sandwiches looked amazing. He didn’t miss anything on any 4 of our subs and they tasted just as amazing as they looked. Overall an amazing guy. I felt terrible because he was working alone and was getting his butt kicked. Very polite and delicious subs. I hope he had a great rest of his night.“

“We placed a large catering order from Chicken Salad Chick Mason for our wedding, and it was absolutely perfect! Not only was it very affordable, but the food was a huge hit with all of our guests. Everything was fresh, delicious, and ready right on time for pickup. The whole process was easy and stress-free, which made such a difference on our big day. We would definitely recommend them for any event or gathering!“

I have a gluten allergy and they were great about asking, changing gloves, wiping down counters and equipment, and making it as safe as possible. The guys working were all great with us first timers. “Founded by Firemen...cool. A little slow when crowded during certain parts of the day but if you call ahead they'll have it ready for you. Well worth it. I challenge you to find a better steak & cheese around for $6! The italian is awesome too. Also, 120+ drink choices! Just Try it.. you'll be coming back for more.“

“The food was amazing as always and the workers were very pleasant. The music was a bit loud for me and the tables were slightly sticky. They were also chanting out trash during my visit. This will not be during everyone experience though so not a key take away. Over all this place is great!“

“This was the best Jersey Mike’s I have ever been. From Michigan and here for a soccer tournament. Super clean. Everything was so fresh. The employees were great. The manager was training some new employees and talked to them with such respect. When the restaurant wasn’t busy everyone had tasks to do to get ready for the next rush. No one seen standing around on their phones. I even commented on it before leaving. Sometimes we all need to hear the good things and not just complain. Keep up the good work!“

“I felt the desperate need to come on here and make a comment about my food. It was PHENOMENAL. I have never tasted any sandwich in my life as delectable as this one; hot ham swiss and cheese with mayo. It was juicy, fresh, hot, and don't get me started on the fries, fresh as always and seasoned perfectly. When I took my first bite o was in shambles, hitting the table and tapping my toe in delight. Continue to keep this place busy and open cuz it was absolutely breathtaking.?“

“Very happy with my sandwich and soup! When something went wrong with another person with me's sandwich they didn't hesitate to make it right. They were apologetic especially since it was a sensitivity issue and they remade the sandwich without that ingredient.Fantastic staff, great food, and an overall good experience.I look forward to coming back!

“I don't live in Ohio but every time I visit I try to seek out McAlister's deli as I usually love them. At this location the food was solid as usual but the interior design was dated and cramped compared to most locations. We also had to wait much longer than usual to place our order. Price ended up being about $25 for two of the pick two options with tap water which seemed like a big price increase compared to last time I had been. The chain needs to rain that in or else they're going to lose customers. $25 for two small soups and salads is not a bargain.“

Plus, not to be that guy, but I had a hard time understanding the lady. She was talking so fast and she was rushing us to order. It's nowhere near me so I won't return.“

“My Sub Artist Rico was amazing he remembered what I ordered last time and he has only built my sub one other visit. Rico was very nice and washed hands before and after and after my cash transaction. Definitely management material with just a little grooming on technical business practices.
