“I never got to catch the gentleman’s names but he was incredibly sweet. I was there earlier tonight (8/8/25) at around 9:30pm. He was working alone and was doing a fantastic job. He was moving as fast as possible while making sure the sandwiches looked amazing. He didn’t miss anything on any 4 of our subs and they tasted just as amazing as they looked. Overall an amazing guy. I felt terrible because he was working alone and was getting his butt kicked. Very polite and delicious subs. I hope he had a great rest of his night.“

“My husband had never been so we stopped in to use a gift card, it was really good! He got the club and loved it. I got a fancy Nancy croissant. Their broccoli salad is fantastic. The employees were nice even though we came in about 20 minutes before closing.“

“Founded by Firemen...cool. A little slow when crowded during certain parts of the day but if you call ahead they'll have it ready for you. Well worth it. “In between patients I DoorDash every day I don’t DoorDash because it’s fun. I have to do it to supplement my income, so I actually hate it. I have to use the restroom in many restaurants and when I’m greeted or not as the DoorDash person it’s never a good experience I’m not sure why, but today when I walked into your restaurant, the energy was high. The vibe was good. People were laughing and eating their food. I used your restroom and it was immaculate. It was such a breath of fresh air. I want to pick up all the orders and dash them for Jersey Mike’s! The crew greeted me immediately when I came in and it was genuine. It wasn’t that canned bullshit that you get at chipotle sorry chipotle but it was a great experience and I just wanna shout out to my people at the Jersey Mike’s in Westchester. “Just want to say that I go to several different jersey mikes religiously throughout the month, and this location is the best one by far. My food was made accordingly, and deliciously. The bread was so soft. And the staff were so polite. This location specifically is my favorite now. So thank you to all of the staff there!“

“Best sandwich place in town. Quite possibly the best restaurant in town! Staff is always friendly and professional. Restaurant is always clean. Food is excellent, especially the Roast Beef and Provolone done Mike's way. I love that I can earn points for free food.
Also, I overheard the manager handling a complaint over the phone. She was very professional and understanding with the caller. Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but she deserves a bonus or raise. Jersey Mike's is lucky to have her running the restaurant! Again, don't know her name, but she was working Thursday evening, about 7:30 May 28th.“

“The food was amazing as always and the workers were very pleasant. The music was a bit loud for me and the tables were slightly sticky. They were also chanting out trash during my visit. This will not be during everyone experience though so not a key take away. Over all this place is great!“

“Very happy with my sandwich and soup! When something went wrong with another person with me's sandwich they didn't hesitate to make it right. They were apologetic especially since it was a sensitivity issue and they remade the sandwich without that ingredient.Fantastic staff, great food, and an overall good experience.I look forward to coming back!

“I had a poor experience with my sandwich. The first time I came in. However, I came in today to the middle of her location. And there was greed with a smile, a manager by the name of Dennis, very friendly guy and bigger and good at his job. Bella, who made my sandwich and Chelsea, who was helping they all did a fantastic terrific job. I don't kn I like the experience so much that i'm gonna tell all my friends and family from now on, i'm only coming home like these three are working, they deserve a raise“

“At the time of this post they had a deal going on- chicken cheesesteak and fries for $7.49.
I upgraded the fries to the ultimate fries (which includes cheese, bacon bits and ranch).

Not going to lie, with the white flakes of snow falling down outside the fresh fries hit just right. Sandwich was delicious, I’m not being biased because I love chicken (I’m definitely not hyping this up because it’s chicken). It makes sense why Simon Malls chose this restaurant to serve the food court besides the other chosen restaurants there.

“I love McAlisters but the pricing is getting crazy to feed 2 people. And I wish this location had a drive thru set up.

My food has been correct 90% of the time and has been delicious. The staff interactions I've had are mostly friendly and once in a while someone will be short but that happens!
I wouldn't say this is the most baby/toddler friendly place but its also not some where I'd say dont bring them to.

The entrance is not wheelchair friendly, there's no button to open the door but I believe i saw a table that was marked as wheelchair friendly.“

“work 3 miles from this location. so lets call it 5-8 minutes drive in traffic. ordered online as i left the office. I walked in, employee greeted me, she was very polite, helpful. my sub was ready. well packaged. sub was made precisely as ordered. DELICIOUS. “It was so expensive for some reason. A 6 inch, chips and a drink plus an extra drink for $20? I thought it was rang up wrong and I didn't get a receipt. “I came here Sunday afternoon 2/15. My wife called prior to see if we could substitute items on our protein pocket, in which the girl was very nice and said we could. I went in and actually needed to substitute two items, which was no issue with her whatsoever.

She was working alone, but she was fast, efficient and had a very welcoming personality. I was given an upsize on my drink and that protein pocket was delicious. She made it perfect. I know some of these are small things, but sometimes it's the small things that matter. I plan to come back here to get another protein pocket to split with my wife. I won't go to the other Subways down the road; They didn't give me nearly the same service as I got here.“
