Just one half was perfect for us (saved the rest for work) and the pickle they put in the box was crunchy and juicy as well! “Very happy with my sandwich and soup! When something went wrong with another person with me's sandwich they didn't hesitate to make it right. “Tried out jersey Mike’s for the first time and I got to say it was amazing. After doing so many DoorDash deliveries of Jersey Mike’s I was curious as to how their food was. I got the original Italian with lettuce, tomato jalapeños, pickles The red relish, etc. I got to say it was probably the best sub sandwich I have ever had I used to eat Subway all these years but as their quality went down and prices went up I decided to try elsewhere and Jersey Mike’s is by far my favorite“

“Food, amazing!! I highly recommend trying the jalapeno turkey crunch, and I don't know where they get their potatoes from but they are HUGE!! #potatoesonsteroids. As far as customer service goes, very friendly anywhere i go!! My order has only been messed up one time & they were so quick to fix it!! McAlister's over Panera, hands down. ???Kid-friendliness: I Love their kids menu & so does my 2 year old!! Her fave is the turkey melt (we occasionally switch it up & get pretzel dogs) , Mac & cheese or fruit, lemonade, and a cookie comes with the kids meals as well!!“

“EXCELLENT Jersey Mikes. Jay and his team are so friendly, respectful, responsive and kind. My food is ALWAYS great and if ever they make a minor error, they respectfully respond and make amends. I have yet to get poor quality food. I have significant autism and OCD and they make my food perfectly. I feel this is an atmosphere I can have a business meeting, or I can just chill. “Penn Station is one of the very few places I'm always in the mood for. My typical order consists of a pizza sub, and a large serving of fries that me and my family shares. The difference between Penn Station and another sub place is Subway is night and day. Penn Station's pizza subs have WAY more pepperoni than Subway's, and Subway's has just too much sauce it in that ends up spilling onto your wrapper. The Penn Station pizza sub has a way more smoky flavor as well closer to that of an actual pizza, whereas Subway's is more closer to an actual sandwich. On top of that, Penn Station's fries are some of, if not, the single best fries I've had in my life. They're have the perfect, and I mean perfect, amount of crispy and saltiness to them that no other restaurant I've had has been able to surpass. If you get Penn Station, you have to get the fries.Vegetarian options: Penn Station's vegetarian selection is pretty limited, the only things that really don't have any meat in them are the grilled veggie sandwich and salad. With the grilled veggie sandwich you are seemingly allowed to customize it, which does expand your pallet a little. This means that if you were vegetarian and went to Penn Station you would either have to have a grilled vegetable sandwich or a salad, with a side of fries, a cookie, or of course, nothing. Giving you a total of six possible combinations.Parking: This Penn Station has a pretty big parking lot, I haven't really noticed how many cars are in the parking lot at any given moment but I can't really imagine that it's going to be too much of an issue.Kid-friendliness: If your kid likes sandwiches or Subway than they're pretty much guaranteed to like Penn Station.“

“They were really busy and my order was not ready when I came to pick up. The lady working the register was very nice and trying to keep Everything together despite customers being rude about the wait. Apparently they had 2 call offs and there were only 2 employees working. It was very busy. I applaud that lady for remaining pleasant and trying her best even in stressful tough circumstances!“

My only issue (not limited to this location) is that since the pandemic Jimmy John's as a corporation seems to have cutback (probably by necessity) on their side offerings. This means that they have a very limited selection of chips/cookies every time that I go now. Again, not limited to this location, just worth noting.“

“My wife's favorite place for take out or a quick lunch. The subs are all fantastic. Every restaurant that serves French fries should learn how to make them like Penn Station. The fresh squeezed lemonade is also top notch. A great value. The only thing they need to improve on is cleaning the dining area. It always seems to need cleaned.“

“Excellent choice for a whiz wit cheesesteak (whiz equals cheese whiz and wit equals onions) that is as close as you can get to my Philadelphia all time favorites Pat's and Geno's! The Old School Cheesesteak sandwich was loaded with extra steak, had the perfect amount of cheese whiz sauce and sautéed onions landed in a foot long loaf of fresh bread! The fries were perfectly cooked and were delicious with mayonnaise! The iced tea was a great brew! Did I mention this location is an outlet mall with lots of great stores so you can do some shopping while there!“
