“Stopped after work to grab dinner, ordered online, said that my order should be ready for pickup by a certain time (which I love this feature). Got there and the (what I presumed to be the manager) greeted me asked about my order. Once the info was given he said I think we will have that out before that time. While I was waiting he even updated me that he was working on my order now. All the staff that I encountered was extremely personable and friendly. That is something to me a rare occurrence nowadays as most of the time most places just want to be able to say here’s your food don’t know if it’s correct bye. The manager made sure to let me know there were utensils and napkins etc already in there bag. He even took the time to chat for a sec, Food was as usual stellar, I begged the manager to see if they could open a wings over next to every Raising Canes, by far way better than Canes flavorless, scrawny tenders. Wings Over thank you for the experience, keep doing what you’re doing.

“Only gave it a 2 for service because I had to ask for my food and there isn't much interaction with the actual staff. My kids and I go there every Friday and they love it. Great prices, great location and located in the heart of a great community.“

They went above and beyond to try to figure out if the food contained the ingredient and came out and talked to me about why the food was taking extra time. They couldn't find if the ingredient was in the contents, even after calling and texting and so I ordered something different. When my food was delivered, it had already been paid for. Very kind people and amazing service.“

“If you’re not at Halal Burgers then you’re missing out! Went with a friend and we ordered a Nashville hot chicken sandwich and a jalapeño burger. Both were exceptionally good and were explosive in flavor. Customer service was amazing, receptionist and cooks were ver friendly and even gave us free fries for dining in. HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking to get a great burger in the Hilliard area“

“I came in here with my children last week and had the best service I’ve had since covid! The young lady who waited on us, Skyler, was absolutely phenomenal. Her smile never left her face and she made sure we had a great time! This type of service is what makes me want to come in and spend money, I will be there the same time this week to sit in that section. She made this our new favorite dinner spot!“

“Came for the play space on a rainy day, stayed for the customer service (and the nuggets of course). Truly some of the best customer service Ive had in a long time. Didn't even know they do table service now so that was a bonus. Food came out fast. Kai was amazing and held my crying baby so this hungry mama could eat. And my extremely picky 5yo said these are the best nuggets she has ever had. I could not fault my visit today, we will be back!“

“At first I wasn't impressed with this restaurant. I received a card from the VFW and it was for a breakfast sandwich and I misunderstood it. I thought it was for a sandwich in general. I did the spicy garlic sauce in the side. It was enough for me to share with my kid. The sauce is what I would expect from a seafood boil spot. The inside was clean and fun. I’d come back.“

“My wife had a butter burger and onion rings and said the burger was better than Five Guys.
I had a cod dinner. The fish was good although a little greasy. My fries were cold. The cole slaw was fantastic.
I have had their Frozen Custard and it is fantastic.“

“The white castle on Hilliard Rome Rd is the cleanest fast food restaurant in columbus. The staff is happy and doesn't look at customers as a nuisance. You are treated respectively and with a smile. Kuddos to the employees and Mgt there.“

The AI is garbage and the order system is crazy bad. BUT the staff and the food is insanely good. The breakfast egg sliders are absolutely incredible - I am addicted. The fries are always perfect. They are pretty fast too“

“A vendor had Savy delivered. The hamburger sliders were larger than most sliders and delicious. The chicken fingers/tenders were tender and real breast meat. They definitely can compete with Canes. The Onion rings were great. I'm not a big fan of crinkle fries but they were good too.“

“Preston's takes the time to check that the food that goes out is checked for quality. The fries are neatly served vertically in paper bags, are never greasy and have enough salt to please. We took my father-in-law there for a birthday lunch, and he commented that it reminded him of how burgers used to be in the 1950s. Preston's is not the cheapest, but it is definitely worth the price.“

The veggies on the slider had seen better days, wouldn't order that again. Fries were decent but kinda cold & a little soggy. The workers were nice & trying to get everyone served but seemed very understaffed.“

“I went in to place an order tonight. The guy asked me about my day, and I said it's been a long, not so great day. I had forgotten to ask my grandma if she wanted a drink. When I came back in to order them and went to pay, he said no worries. That was very nice. I was having a not so great day because my mom died, and I had driven down from Cleveland to Columbus early this morning and spent all day cleaning out her place. This guy was a blessing.
