“Rob is a "Rockstar" they didn't have wait service when we visited Saturday afternoon. Got our meals and the food is friggin' fantastic!!! They got slammed with patrons after we got served. And Rob made sure everyone was served and made to feel welcome.“
“I stopped in on Juneteenth to celebrate with some karaoke. I was the only white person in the place, but everybody made me feel comfortable and at home. Excellent chicken wings and a great sense of community. I'll definitely be back!“

“My 1st time at Bookers, very nice atmosphere n a great vibe, I loved the Vibe Band!! I ordered 2 perch sandwiches which were great as well!! I truly enjoyed myself, choosing Bookers has restored my faith in goin out. It’s very close to home as well! Being in guest service for over 30 years I was super impressed with the servers greeting guests as they walked in the door 5. ⭐️’s from me and great job!! I’ll certainly be back!!😃😃“

“I stopped down from my hotel room a few time to grab drinks and food before going out. Pricing is pretty good and the food was really good. Kiyana was great at multi tasking, super kind and sociable. Wait time for food any drinks were fast. There are tvs to watch, bar seats, and tables to sit at as well if you have more than a couple people. I enjoyed the tenders (the honey mustard was like incredibly good lol) also had the buffalo chicken pizza which was even more delicious and really good portion for one person to share or have extras.“

“Stopped in for a burger last night. Whoever the gentleman is that prepares the food is top notch. Mozzarella sticks were cheesy & breading was well seasoned. $10 smash burger with fries. Fresh toppings, huge & flavorful. The onion rings were some of the best I've had. Good breading, onion stays in tact. He came to ask us how the food was. Could tell he takes pride. Deserved this review. As for service at the bar, bartender was lovely.“

“ABC Tavern is awesome, Im a huge fan and often end up there for a late night snack. Their fries are, in my opinion, perfect. Exactly what you want in a fry. Their food i reasonably priced and well portioned. I always leave satisfied. The specials are interesting and usually very good too.
The service is always good, the bartenders are great, attentive, and take care of you. I have literally never asked for a refill on a water, they fill it multiple times before its empty. Which is one of my criteria for how good service is.
The vibes are also great. They play good music. Love the dollar bill wall behind the bar lol. And the types of people who go to town hall generally arent here, which is a big feature. I highly recommend this place.“

“Its a bar definitely in the hood but super safe!! Older crowded for sure. Bartenders are attentive especially on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. That bartender is great!! If you know you know. Cost is also wonderful and no cut liquor!¡“
“Best bar you can go in Old Brooklyn, bar none! Has a kitchen, has some pool tables, has a Ms. Pac-Man machine, has an evil leprechaun statue, has a concert stage and don't forget the immaculate vibes! Go to this bar if you're just feeling like having a good time. The atmosphere is on point.“
“Used to be Z&S Lounge when we were kids, still same cozy corner bar atmosphere. Great service, plenty of seating with a large side room if you want to host a special event or possibly rent space for a birthday party or other celebration. Plenty of parking in back“
