“My family visited from out of town late on a Saturday night and received excellent service and phenomenal food. I believe our server’s name was Laura and she was sweet and attentive and took the time to chat with my daughter. My husband tried the new dish, the New York Burrito, and I had the Mexican Sampler. Both of us would gladly say it was the best Mexican-style food we’ve ever had. Our daughter just had chicken nuggets and fries, but she was pretty happy, too. We intend to make it a regular stop on our annual birding trips.“

“Really, this place is a hidden gem in Toledo. We stopped here on our trip from Chicago to Cleveland and were looking for somewhere to eat when I found Korean food. “I made an online reservation. I noted it was my anniversary when making the reservation. I had to call and change the reservation and they accommodated me without any problem! When we arrived they had a special reserved table for my wife and I! They had an amazing note on the table that made my wife and I so happy! We had amazing service and amazing food! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants a great experience. We had the Ahi tuna tacos and blt tacos . They even gifted us a delicious crème brûlée cheese cake as a special dessert on our anniversary.“

“My wife and I went there for our anniversary. Little bit of a wait for the food but we expected it out of a smaller kitchen and one chef. But boy was it worth it. It’s not listed below to select but, I had the Butchers Ragu and it was fantastic.“

“Got the vegan heart attack, spicy California, and sweet potato roll to go. The heart attack was just the right level of spice, and the other two rolls were absolutely delicious, especially the sauces. The prices were reasonable ($5-6 for basic rolls and 10-15 for fancier ones, plus $12-15 for non sushi entrees). I love that there's a dedicated vegan menu too so you don't have to stress about hidden non vegan ingredients! Thursdays are vegan nights and it looks like they have great specials every Thursday.“

I so appreciate their sweet staff asks each time if I need a dedicated GF toaster for my bread 😋, and they happily modify some of my menu items if needed. “I've been a Balance customer for over 10 years at this point. Great place to go if you want to get a quick bite to eat while maintaining a healthy diet. Food has always been 10/10 and the staff are so friendly. The bubble teas are addicting but really wish they would bring back the old straws 🫤 The new black ones don't seem to suck up the bubbles as well as the colorful old ones did. So now I'm usually left with a bunch of bubbles and no drink. Not a huge deal at all considering how much I love this place. If you haven't tried this place yet...you're missing out 💔“

“We met here for a managers meeting and it worked out great. There was the perfect seating out of the way so we didn't have to worry about bothering others.
I personally am still adjusting to this new world of limited human contact in customer service, I'm not a fan. You place your order on a computer and pick your order up at the counter all with no interaction with an employee.
Overall the location served it's purpose and it was a pleasant experience.“

“Just picked up chicken fried rice on way home and it is amazing! This is the second time recently I have done this and it was delicious and hot both times. I always love the smoothies from here but I highly recommend the family size chicken fried rice. It's a huge portion and we get like 3 meals out of it. Even the sautéed chicken in it is yummy. Not the mystery meat some Asian place dump in there. Tender yummy sliced white meat chicken. Thank you magic wok team! Great job!“

The only drawback was that our waitress never cleared any dishes from our table or came back to ask if anyone needed refills. We were there, a party of over 20 for maybe 2 hours.
