“Food was fresh. Given wrong size drink had to ask for it to be fixed. Forgot straw I had to ask for one. But the woman working the window was cool and handled the mistakes well so that made all the difference for me. I don't even like McDonald's honestly but she made it 4 star.“

I got the smokehouse brisket, and it was roast beef - not brisket, liquid cheese, not Gouda, bacon was soggy, no bbq, red ranch instead, and no crispy onions. Highly disappointing.“
