“Each year around Thanksgiving, we celebrate our employees with a company-sponsored breakfast. Despite economic challenges and tariffs negatively impacting our bottom line, we wanted to continue this tradition. This year, we provided a continental-style breakfast featuring Chick-fil-A chicken biscuit sandwiches, fresh fruit, and several additional items from a local warehouse store. Chick-fil-A delivered our food promptly, complete with all necessary utensils and serving supplies. A special thank-you to William, our delivery driver, who was exceptionally patient and kind. When I asked about signing the receipt and adding a tip, he explained that Chick-fil-A doesn’t process tips—but his excellent service deserves recognition. We want to express our appreciation to the Washington Township Chick-fil-A, operated by Marla Davis, as well as her Centerville (Cornerstone area) location. As a local Centerville resident, I find both restaurants are consistently efficient, and their employees are always friendly and professional. We highly recommend Marla Davis’s Chick-fil-A locations for any catering needs or any Chic-fil-A craving.“

“Got in and it looked pretty packed on a Friday afternoon, but the hostess w.ily got to us right away! She was polite, and the order was served in less time than it took to set up the kiddo in her seat!
The food was hot and as with the chilli, a mountain of cheese and onions for my 4 way (I would recommend onions as it goes well!) and drinks were refreshed promptly. Emily also had fun talking to the kiddo so she had a great time! Would definitely go back for an easy going family meal without a worry about dressing up or down 😁“

“Today was my first time in here, and I CAN tell you it was nothing BUT AMAZING! I am not so sure of the young lady’s name but she had black hair with a blue sweatshirt on and big lashes (LOL). I had noticed she was catering to the whole place with about 15-20 full tables some having up to 8+ people. There was NEVER NOT a smile on her face or empty drink in sight! Everything was a 10/10!“

“Hate the new fries. Everything else was great. Bit of a leaky roof in the heavy rain was disconcerting in a restaurant. Staff was very friendly. Don’t eat LJS often (locations at home aren’t convenient) but had a craving and this location was near the service appointment for my car“

“I haven't been in to a Steak n Shake in years. In fact maybe multiple decades. But we went in because they fry in beef tallow. A much healthier choice than cheap processed seed oils. They will now be my new go to when I want a burger and fries. Plus they have amazing shakes!
The manager, I believe his name was Brian, at the Wilmington Ave location, could not have been more helpful and kind. Will definitely go back. It was clean and fresh and everyone was so nice.“

“I'm a Buckeye living in KY & TN for the past 20yrs, this is the first Gold Star I pass on my route home when I get to visit and they simply never disappoint! Whether I'm grabbing a coney crate to go or able to dine in for my favorite 4-way, onion - the service is always fast & friendly! The food absolutely perfect and just how I remember! I haven't rated in several years, but decided to leave this comment after having to be home several times this year. I'm always glad to stop and only wish they were closer to Bowling Green, KY 😁“

“Ordered online for pickup on a Friday at 710 and was given a pickup of 730. Because it was Friday night, I gave it a little buffer (based on my map history I arrived 738p). There was only one car in line and no one inside except workers so figured I'd get served right away, the other car pulled away almost immediately, but it still too until 750. The workers were very friendly, the food came out exactly as ordered, and I didn't have anything to rush for so it wasn't a big deal but it was a bit excessive for the lack of other customers/ business.“

“This location is always busy, so be prepared as other reviewers said, but I'm still dropping 5 stars because the employees are always in a good mood, present, and focused on making sure everything rocks. The manager is working often as well, and you can tell she takes good care of her employees and the store. She's always on top of things.
