The crust is thin, foldable, and has an undercarriage so perfectly crisp it deserves its own fan club. Seriously, this thing could support a small family. It is sturdy, golden, and somehow both crunchy and chewy in that magical way only true pizza wizards can pull off.

The sauce is bright and balanced. The cheese is generous without being chaotic. The whole slice is a beautiful triangle of happiness.

Fratellis does not just serve pizza. They serve moved NY style pizza, as in it clearly packed its bags, relocated, and brought all its best traits with it. And thank goodness, because my taste buds are better for it.

If you love great pizza with personality, this is your spot. If you do not love great pizza, I am not sure we can be friends.“

“I am so disappointed and embarrassed. I had family coming from out of state. 3 hours before they arrived we ordered a cheese pizza and grape walnut salad for our vegetarian family. We went to pick up the pizza 3 hours later. When we got back with the pizza,we found that it was a pepperoni pizza. The salad was not grape walnut, but it was topped with bacon. It was too late to switch out due to the fact that they were already waiting on dinner! So disappointed! I cannot reccomend them any more.“

“I normally get my pizza to go, though when I have eaten in the restaurant it has been fine. The pizza itself is pretty good, I especially like that they have a decent number of toppings. Service is also good, but they can get swamped at times.“

“I was called by Domino's to tell that they had ran out of Philly and was asked what I would like to replace it with, which was chicken and she apologized. When I showed up she was very apologetic loaded me up gave me some extra sauces for free it was just very top-tier customer service which is so rare that I've actually writing a positive review . “The store wasn't much to look at but we enjoyed that they were decorated for Halloween. The pizza was just as a Donatos pizza should be. I love their pepperoni. Our family of 4 had already hit the works hard before I remembered to take pictures. I didn't particularly like the meats pizza but that's just about preference. The kids behind the counter were friendly and helpful. It was a good experience.“

“I ordered the new cheese bacon tots. was so excited since they look great on the commercial. they came burnt. the toppings were burnt. my pizza was burnt too. I will never go to the West Chester location again! I was planning on ordering pizzas for a party. Not now. I left this complaint on their page the same day. Never heard a word. Guess they don't care .“

“I believe I’ve left a review another time as well. I still say it’s the best Donatos I’ve been in. I’m talking food quality, service quality and all around just great customer service.

Amber and the team, I wish I knew everyone’s name, all do an amazing job.

However I have one complaint that is a complaint I imagine others have as well. The new automated system when I called was terrible. I was annunciating very well and speaking as clear as possible but it still wouldn’t get it all right. I genuinely gave it a try but after awhile I realized, that with a person, I’d have been done and off the phone in half the time at least. I wasn’t even as pleased with the call center feel when I talked to a person. It all just took a lot longer and was frustrating.

But I’ll still keep coming here for sure due to the great service and food quality. If it means bypassing the phone call and ordering when I get there, I’m cool with that. But please don’t go automated with ordering pizza. I foresee a lot of orders being wrong if it continues.“
