“I ordered two tacos I really was looking for the spaghetti and the chili and should have ordered the three-way but thought I'd try the tacos I found the wrap although well cooked with somewhat tough. I certainly will go back and I really like the spaghetti and the chili and the chili dogs but I think I'll pass on the tacos. I sang some songs for myself on a video with the concertina and was able to do some work because they had great Wi-Fi which worked easily and allowed me to plug in my computer and I got something done. Recommended it is but not really for the tacos“

“Gotta have skyline when I pass through the Cincy area. This location was a random pick of the many along the interstate. Food was great. The service was a little lacking for the first time ever at any location. I will go back to Skyline when I am in the area, but perhaps not this one as there are many to choose from“

“Went to Culver's in Troy a week ago. Spent $40+ and drove back to Piqua before I realized that they forgot 2 burgers. Not cheap burgers either. Called them and instead of telling me to come pick them up, they said they would send me a coupon in the mail. So my daughter and I had sides for dinner(pretzels and fries). Today I take my coupon for the food I already paid for and the Manager Katrina said that the coupon only was for one sandwich and refused to give me all my food I had already paid for and waited a week to get reimbursed on. Katrina said that I should have kept my receipt. Even though they sent me a coupon. To make it worse 2 teenage looking girls stood behind the manager at the window laughing and talking about me trying to get my food. I asked Katrina their names to include in the complaint but she refused to give the names. I asked for the General Managers name and she said it was Cheryl, but she was not in today. Very frustrating. All I want is what I paid for. Not sure how to get it. Plan to call the GM, call corporate(closed until Monday), write reviews everywhere I can.“

“The fish and chips is consistently good. I love having the option of A&W as well, especially the root beer. I am now a widower and eat there from time to time. I always look forward to it as my wife and I used to go
there pretty often. The prices are reasonable. As for the atmosphere, well, it is low key but I do like that they were playing soft rock music while I ate. All together a pleasant experience .“

“Nothing exceptional about the food (standard Arby's). However, the walk-up inside ordering and timeliness of food prep here was better than I've experienced at most Arby's. Condiment and drink dispensing area also better than typical. Ample parking with good access to highway.“

I came through the drive thru after 11, weather was bad but had a craving for a good Burger King burger 🍔 everything was good even the onion rings. “I haven’t seen a Hardies for yrs. It was a good meal of a hamburger and large fries and small pop. It is very expensive here. The food is good and better than most fast food places but I don’t know that the cost is fare. Mine was over 10$ for just me. It’s good but not that good to make it worth the money you will spend.“

“I recently stopped by White Castle for a pick-up order and overall had a pretty positive experience. Placing the order was simple and convenient, and when I arrived, everything was ready in a timely manner. The service stood out to me more than anything—everyone I interacted with was polite, quick, and seemed genuinely focused on making sure customers were taken care of, which is always appreciated.

The only downside to my visit was that they were unable to provide me with the medium milkshake I had ordered. It’s something I was really looking forward to, so at first I was a little disappointed. However, the way the staff handled the situation made a big difference. Instead of just brushing it off, they immediately took the initiative to write me a coupon so I could come back and get the milkshake on my next visit. That thoughtful gesture completely changed my impression of the situation and showed me they truly care about customer satisfaction.

“Was pleasantly surprised when I finally gave Jersey Mike's a try. We have now eaten here many times. Tried a few different subs and everyone was pretty great. My only complaint would be the inconsistency of how they are made. Sometimes, we get a lot of cheese on our cheese steaks and other times, it seems like it definitely needs more. Regardless, they always taste great.“

“This McDonald's in Brookville has a better culture than most, with friendly staff who really try to get your order right. If you are lucky your pups in the car might get a dog treat in the drive-through as well, this McDonald's seems to love pups, and our two dogs love them right back!“

“Food was good. Ordered the fish and shrimp and added a chicken plank. Shrimp wasn’t ready, so they asked me to pull into a spot. They brought my food out and I left. Got home and found there to be no shrimp or hushpuppies. So, they had me park because the shrimp wasn’t ready, then brought me a bag of food with no shrimp. I went back to the restaurant and they remade my meal correctly. It tasted like it was supposed to, it was just upsetting that I had to trek all the way back there.“

“A bit outdated but nothing too crazy, the atmosphere was really nice and I liked the mix of decor (its both an a&w and a long john silvers). The cashier was super nice and the rest of the staff seemed friendly as well. The food was really good and exceeded our expectations which quite honestly were pretty low but we left very pleasantly surprised.“

“I've had, generally overall, a nice experience here when choosing to eat out. The service is nice but can be a bit on the slower side, the parking lot is a bit of a mess and confusing, tiny, and the building is old, but the food is always very fresh, and the ice cream is pretty nice. Their cakes and cupcakes to go are pretty lovely and a nice clutch in an emergency as well.

If you're looking for a quick lunch with a bit of a treat, this place really isn't that bad at all. Plus, I simply love that they still have their 7$ meal deals, as well as their couples meal deals.

Our server was Lily, super cool, very sweet, wasnt shy. she was busy but kept up with us, even other servers were askin if we're okay. there were some grumpy old people who obvi lost mannerisms. working in food service is demanding in more ways than one and i praise each person making money through food service. “We actually stopped by this McDonald's location 2 times yesterday and I was Very impressed, Especially with a young man named Shannon that was wearing a reflective vest and proficiently operating the register, while simultaneously delivering orders to waiting customers outside, but he was also helping filling orders,I'd chance to say that young man is going to go somewhere in life and I'd say he's got promotions coming in the near future, Also the restroom and the over all restaurant and even the parking lots were exceptionally clean !!!!! “They were advertising a$7.99 special of hushpuppy fantasy shrimp w one side and a drink. I purchased a meal without a drink. When I got home to eat my meal, I only had a stale biscuit no hush puppy and peanut size stale shrimp that were hard as rocks. I called the restaurant and spoke to a young man who said he was not responsible for what was on the board. This is false advertising. I was not told of the change. Quite disappointed .“
