“THE BEST BAKERY HOME MADE ITEMS“

“Not only are the cookies fantastic, the customer service is as well. I ordered cookies from the Worthington location to be delivered for a birthday. Due to a snag in the ordering system, the order was canceled. I sent an email and in return received a phone call from Katie, the store’s shift leader. She called not once but 3 times to make sure the order was corrected—- and credited! Staff even added a dozen extra cookies! In addition, another employee,Ashley, took it upon herself to make sure the cookies were delivered asap. I also received an email from the company’s customer care representative later in the day to apologize. Top notch customer service. Thank you.“

“Oh. My. God. I cannot say enough good things about the food here. Their deserts are delicious. I bought their chocolate chunk cookies, scones, donut muffin, apple crisp donut cake, and the cinnamon donut. They were all delicious. And thank you so much for not also only having vegan options as well - I already have to live with Celiac, I deserve some butter and eggs in my life. 10/10 would go back!“

“We were looking for a last minute cake for the 2 year old in our life. This bakery was recommended a while ago on a Facebook page so I thought we’d give it a try after looking at what they offered. The staff was amazing and made sure they asked if it was for a birthday. They put a chocolate ‘Happy Birthday’ candy on top and gave us candles, a cake cutter and matches. Really a thoughtful gift to help celebrate her birthday. She LOVED the chocolate cloud cake since it mixed her favorites both berries and chocolate. We can’t wait to go back and try the other yummy options.“

“Challah rolls my all time favorite in this city“

“Placed a last minute order online, her online system glitched and wasn’t meant to allow anymore orders to come through. Being a business owner myself I understand technology is great when it wants to work haha. She was still able to accommodate my pie which I was beyond grateful for. Can’t wait to give this pie a try I just know it is going to be fantastic!“

“Beautiful / tasty cakes and cupcakes and friendly service!“

“Quick and easy experience when I walked into the store. I had a quick question and the girl working was helpful to answer my question. I placed my order and received my order maybe 2 minutes - so very quick! The only downside is I felt like the store was dirty - it was more the front area that felt dirtier. The floors were pretty gross - could have been from just the day but highly doubtful all that mess was made in a day. The back looked pretty messy as well but the worker appeared to be the only one there - so that very much could have played a factor if she’s trying to do everything herself.“

“These folks are wonderful!!! I ordered Bundtinis for our family Easter celebration. Only problem is that I ordered them for a week earlier then I should have so when I went to pick them up I did not have an order. The manager was so kind and put together an assortment for me. I know they are going to be delicious!!!! Thank you so much!!!“

“Kitties is my favorite coffee shop in Columbus. Great quality coffee, nice outdoor seating and the best cinnamon rolls in town. My daughter loves their milk steamers. Right next to Gramercy bookstore which makes for a perfect afternoon.“

“Soft, buttery bread and delicious puff puff! I always make sure to grab some whenever I’m in the Columbus area. The staff are respectful and provide great customer service. If you’re looking for the best soft, perfectly textured bread, this is the place to go.“

“Delicious food, cofee and wonderful service 🥰“

“Great food, great service. Only wish that the students waiting on the tables could accept tips directly to them. They do a great job and deserve the tips. I think anything tipped is given back to the school. Which is great, but the kids also deserve some extra change in their pocket in my opinion.“

“We were so impressed with our eggless mixed fruit cake! Before the wedding, I asked if we could do a tasting, and she went above and beyond by custom-making a cake with two different flavors for us to try before we made our final decision.

The wedding cake was absolutely amazing. It was incredibly moist, fresh, and full of delicious fruit flavor. Everyone at our wedding loved it and could not stop talking about how wonderful it was. She truly delivered, and the cake exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful and would highly recommend this bakery!“

“Love her cakes and creativity!“

“I work for the Spanish American Committee, a non-profit social services agency in Cleveland, and needed logo cookies fast, as we were only three days out from the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for our childcare center, Little Footsteps. We were completely blown away—not only by the quick shipping, but by the professionalism, expertise, and courtesy of the Cookie Bouquets team. As a non-profit, price is always a key consideration, which made Cookie Bouquets an easy choice. The cookies turned out beautifully, even better than we’d imagined (and they were absolutely delicious!).“
