“Love this new location! The owners are very nice and kind! The staff is fabulous and the chicken salad phenomenal! They opened a little over a week ago and I’ve gone three times including midnight for the grand opening, met some really nice people waiting in line for that. So if you’re hungry for something other than the usual burger and fries, definitely check this place out, they have 12 flavors of chicken salad made fresh daily, either a sandwich or with crackers you can’t go wrong. Located at 4345 W. Dublin-Granville Road in the Shoppes at River Ridge.“

“No matter what side of town im on I'm making the drive. I suggest ordering ahead. Usually between 10 to 20 minutes. No place to sit. So you either stand or sit in your car. Suggest getting the cup of seasoning. Ask for cup. Boston Blue is to die for.“

“Everyone at this location has great customer service. They are super sweet. I ordered a DoorDash through this location and they didn’t give me the option on DoorDash to add the roasted barbecue sauce .so I politely called the store and asked them if it wasn’t an inconvenience if they could, please just add some sauce to my bag the girl who answered the phone was super sweet and so accommodating, and such a small gesture can make a customer so happy. I really appreciate it even though with something so simple, thank you so much. If you are reading this review , it’s the little things that count. I also work in customer service. Thank you!!!!!!!!“

“I bought some chicken nuggets there last Sunday . Apparently they were cross contaminated with some of your shellfish products . I am highly allergic to shellfish . I have been sick since Sunday . I have never had a problem with the food , or service in the five years that I have eaten there . Not sure If I will eat there again .“

“I visited Popeyes Canal Winchester with my mother today.It was a very pleasant experience. We went through the drive thru to order, the staff were professional and patient. “When I walked in , Devon did not hesitate to acknowledge my presence . He asked if I was picking up a DoorDash and since I wasn’t he went on to helping me place my order. It’s hard to find people that are this great at service. Plus he was kind and respectful. Honestly deserves the most recognition in this place. He is the face of KFC at this location . “I placed an app order today to pick up. I’m gonna give yall all the stars because there was only 2 guys working during what appeared to be dinner rush. They were nice and my order was hot. There were several cars in front of me ordering at the window but I didn’t wait long at all. The only thing missing was my sauces.“
