“Ginger is the best waitress ever!!“

“So anybody that knows me knows I love good customer service and hate bad customer service. With that being said I only waited about 5 Seconds from entering the door before the young lady at the drive thru let me know that someone would be with me in a moment. That moment was 30 seconds later when Miss Brianna approached me and started taking my order by asking me what she could get me. I got a bigger plate with orange chicken, teriyaki chicken and beef and broccoli. I made a joke that I was allergic to all the other stuff because it had onions in it and the other young lady Tanisha let me know that there was a possibility of there being green onions in the fried rice. Good catch!!! She asked the cook and it was then that we realized that there wasn't green onion in there and that I was able to order my food but I did thank her for her concern. Now I have been in Panda Express several times and I'm not going to say that the customer service was horrible but today's customer service was top tier. My cashier Ms Brianna let me know about the different flavors teas that they have and offered me samples. I considered it over and above yet, nice to experience. Glad I made the stop. Lunch was great... keep up the great work ladies“

“We love the food and the owner! The owner had also owned Fortune which used to be in the same shopping center before it was redone (10+ years ago). The food then was great and the food now is great with a new interior! We love spicy szechuan cuisine and they can deliver!! We love it so much we drive an hour now to get it! 😄“

I am very picky but knowing this I am also very thorough in ordering so the forgot to add the extra vegetable that I wanted but the quality and flavor of the food made up for it. “This American Chinese restaurant mainly served American Chinese cuisine. My server recommended the beef fried noodles which tasted authentic. The dining room was clean with a decent bar. There were some cheap alcohol selections during happy hour. WiFi was fast. Glad to see that many American people liked dining at this place.“

I lunch there frequently and the hostess, waitress, cashier all wrapped into one person is a very sweet and efficient representative. “I grew up off this Chinese Food location. Watched the kids grow up and all lol. The food is absolutely delicious. It's a simple come and go order place. Anything you order will usually be done in 10 minutes, the egg rolls are great, and different menu items have never disappointed.“

“This summer I spent a month in Taiwan and have been missing the food terribly. Lan Zhou reminded me so much of the small little noodle shops with incredible food I grew to love while abroad. Their beef noodle soup was lovely- the greens on top were perfect and the beef was tender. I prefer a slightly more springy noodle, and these were very soft and tender- not my favorite, but I can't complain.

“Best chinese food in town! My family and I order chinese every week and this place has been the go-to for many years. Sesame chicken, kun pao chicken, orange chicken, I can eat it all day everyday!!! Their egg drop and hot sour soup are the best, but there is one thing that noone can beat. Their crab rangoon are a classic. Packed with cream cheese and complimented with sweet and sour sauce. Best chinese spot hands down. Never dissapoint.“

“BEST CHINESE IN COLUMBUS!! Hands down!! The orange chicken, lo mein & moo goo gai pan are soo good & everything is always hot & fresh. They also have reasonable prices & fast delivery. I've never gotten anything from here that I didn't love!! Try it, you won't be disappointed!! They are a small takeout restaurant in Southeast Columbus that doesn't look like much, but the looks are deceiving. I won't get Chinese food from anywhere else in Columbus & that's a fact!“

“Was in Columbus for a concert and I walked a few blocks here for dinner. I didn’t see sweet and sour shrimp on the menu (only chicken & pork) and asked if they served it. They whipped me up an off-menu speciality on the spot. And it was terrific! Huge shrimp in a delicious sauce, big chunks of green pepper, etc. Their egg rolls were also nice and crunchy which I love and that seems to be harder to find anymore at places I try. The woman working was watching soap operas or something at full volume but I had earbuds in and was too distracted by the tasty meal to mind. Super good meal and wish I lived closer as I’d love to have it again“

“Four of us went here for carryout as we needed the last minute meal. We all got different things and most of it was good. I got the wor su gai which was nothing like I've ever had anywhere. I order this dish a lot at various Chinese restaurants, but this one had like a breaded chicken and the sauce was not the yellow or brown gravy it tasted like a teriyaki sauce and it looked like teriyaki sauce. It was good but in no way tasted like wor su gai. I thought the egg rolls were good as well. The lady was very nice at the restaurant and thanked us numerous times for the business. And she threw in a egg drop soup and everybody's to go order and wrote free on the lid. I don't eat that soup. so it just want to waste on me, but it was very nice that she did that. I would maybe try it again, but get something different. They were a little slow, but not bad.“

“Yeah its a whole in the wall but don't the hole in the walls or mom and pops be the best places in da world . Well it's not the best in the world they are good I loveeeeeeeee their chicken wings and lemonade okayyyyyy. They are cooked as order also . “The staff is very friendly and very patient. This was helpful for the children that were ordering. They were able to accommodate seating changes as well. The food was all very good, especially the shrimp with lobster sauce.

Vegetarian options: When looking at the menu they had a good selection of vegetarian options that weren't just sides. Ma la string beans and broccoli with garlic sauce are really good if you like a bit of spice.

Parking: There's usually open spots right in front of the diner. If there's an event you might have to park further down, but it's a short walk.

Kid-friendliness: The menu is broken up by protein making it easy for kids to narrow down what they would like to eat. The staff is very patient and will explain clearly what is in the dish making it easy for selective eaters to find something.

Wheelchair accessibility: The door is standard size allowing for most chairs to fit through and there is only a slight bump for the sill. The tables are going to be slightly low for some people, but if you have a tray or have okay reach it shouldn't be a huge issue. All tables and chairs are moveable and staff are willing and able to provide assistance if needed. For the folks with service dogs who would like to sit further from the dining traffic there's a table space towards the front corner of the diner that offers more privacy. There's plenty of room for a medium to large size dog to sit and lay comfortably without being disturbed.“

“This would be my second time trying the Chinese food here, the first time I don't think the restaurant was having a bad day, however I just wanted to give them another chance, (the egg rolls are amazing) yesterday I stopped in for lunch and let me say how wonderful the food was!! “We went to the Ace of Cups to watch a performance by Galactic Empire yesterday and we're hungry so we went across the street to Northeast Chinese restaurant. This little hidden spot for most folks turned out to be some of the best Chinese food that I have eaten in my life and I have eaten Chinese food all over the world. The portions are huge, the price is good and the staff very friendly. I recommended anybody traveling through Columbus that might want some good Chinese food, to look this place up and go there and eat.“

“I normally have my food delivered one to two times a month. I must say, I have never had such great service taking my order accurately and getting my order so fast. I normally get one egg roll, peppered steak and crab rangoons. My food has always been excellent! I want to thank Golden China for doing such an great job and being so friendly.“

Pepper steak was very tasty rice was cooked perfect green peppers were cooked perfectly as were the onions and every part of the pepper steak was proportioned evenly, some places will throw an abnormal amount of onions in the mix to try and save a buck.

“Love this place. Food is always fresh and tasty. I always get the shrimp lomein and love it. People that complain about the prices going up are simply broke and complainers. Economy isn't what it used to be but even so its extremely cheap.“

I’ve been a vegan for 14 years & Coco’s has my fave tofu texture ever for the “tofu” category dishes (tender in the middle, but chewy with crisp parts on the outside.) Everyone has a favorite style, but this is so yummy & perfect for saucy dishes & for feeling nice + full :) I love how the veggies are prepared in dishes I’ve had, too (i.e. really fresh steamed broccoli alongside saucy sesame tofu.). Reminds me of how my dad used to make it in his bamboo steamer :)
