“Ginger is the best waitress ever!!“

“So anybody that knows me knows I love good customer service and hate bad customer service. With that being said I only waited about 5 Seconds from entering the door before the young lady at the drive thru let me know that someone would be with me in a moment. That moment was 30 seconds later when Miss Brianna approached me and started taking my order by asking me what she could get me. I got a bigger plate with orange chicken, teriyaki chicken and beef and broccoli. I made a joke that I was allergic to all the other stuff because it had onions in it and the other young lady Tanisha let me know that there was a possibility of there being green onions in the fried rice. Good catch!!! She asked the cook and it was then that we realized that there wasn't green onion in there and that I was able to order my food but I did thank her for her concern. Now I have been in Panda Express several times and I'm not going to say that the customer service was horrible but today's customer service was top tier. My cashier Ms Brianna let me know about the different flavors teas that they have and offered me samples. I considered it over and above yet, nice to experience. Glad I made the stop. Lunch was great... keep up the great work ladies“

“We have been enjoying this restaurant for a couple of years, dining in and introducing friends to the delicious food. Yesterday was the first time we got delivery. We were hosting a Chinese New Year Feast. We ordered our favorites: wontons in chili sauce, wok fired green beans, eggplant in garlic sauce, shrimp fried rice, and sesame chicken. The dishes were all excellent and delicious with generous portions. Our friends ate very well and complimented everything. The delivery was perfect, the restaurant had packed it all really well and it arrived on time. We are so glad we ordered from ChuanZiang HaoZi!!!“

“This American Chinese restaurant mainly served American Chinese cuisine. My server recommended the beef fried noodles which tasted authentic. The dining room was clean with a decent bar. There were some cheap alcohol selections during happy hour. WiFi was fast. Glad to see that many American people liked dining at this place.“

There wasn't enough sauce on the cashew chicken and lomein. However the veg was very crisp. I am unsure of the freshness of the veg. I may try it again.“

“Best Chinese food I've had since China magic wok closed in Grove city. Service is fast, depending on order size, usually only takes 20 minutes. And the food is excellent. Fairly priced as well. You won't find better take out anywhere in Columbus.“

“This summer I spent a month in Taiwan and have been missing the food terribly. Lan Zhou reminded me so much of the small little noodle shops with incredible food I grew to love while abroad. Their beef noodle soup was lovely- the greens on top were perfect and the beef was tender. I prefer a slightly more springy noodle, and these were very soft and tender- not my favorite, but I can't complain.
I'm very excited to return.“

“The chef, I think he is the owner said that Chow Fun is his best. I also recommend that menu if you want to try some non-Americanized Chinese food. There's some extra chilly oil on the shelves, put them in your plate and you might feel different. The picture I attached is Malatang.“

Golden China Express is very much nearby for us, but we didn't know what to expect.\nWe could not have been more pleased. The Lo Mein and War Sue Gai were delicious and with generous portions. “This would be my second time trying the Chinese food here, the first time I don't think the restaurant was having a bad day, however I just wanted to give them another chance, (the egg rolls are amazing) yesterday I stopped in for lunch and let me say how wonderful the food was!! “The staff is very friendly and very patient. This was helpful for the children that were ordering. They were able to accommodate seating changes as well. The food was all very good, especially the shrimp with lobster sauce.

Vegetarian options: When looking at the menu they had a good selection of vegetarian options that weren't just sides. Ma la string beans and broccoli with garlic sauce are really good if you like a bit of spice.

Parking: There's usually open spots right in front of the diner. If there's an event you might have to park further down, but it's a short walk.

Kid-friendliness: The menu is broken up by protein making it easy for kids to narrow down what they would like to eat. The staff is very patient and will explain clearly what is in the dish making it easy for selective eaters to find something.

Wheelchair accessibility: The door is standard size allowing for most chairs to fit through and there is only a slight bump for the sill. The tables are going to be slightly low for some people, but if you have a tray or have okay reach it shouldn't be a huge issue. All tables and chairs are moveable and staff are willing and able to provide assistance if needed. For the folks with service dogs who would like to sit further from the dining traffic there's a table space towards the front corner of the diner that offers more privacy. There's plenty of room for a medium to large size dog to sit and lay comfortably without being disturbed.“

“Was in Columbus for a concert and I walked a few blocks here for dinner. I didn’t see sweet and sour shrimp on the menu (only chicken & pork) and asked if they served it. They whipped me up an off-menu speciality on the spot. And it was terrific! Huge shrimp in a delicious sauce, big chunks of green pepper, etc. Their egg rolls were also nice and crunchy which I love and that seems to be harder to find anymore at places I try. The woman working was watching soap operas or something at full volume but I had earbuds in and was too distracted by the tasty meal to mind. Super good meal and wish I lived closer as I’d love to have it again“
