Starbucks in Willoughby

“I always order the shaken espresso with salted caramel cold foam. Ray at the commons location needs to be the trainer on making this drink for all locations. This was by far the best one I’ve had. Oh and Dee brightens up my day every morning.“

“I really appreciated just about every aspect of this location. Starting with the location it self. It’s right off the highway. You have the right of way through the light at the intersection so there’s no fighting traffic entering the location parking lot, then leaving there is an exit on the opposite side of the parking lot that gives you an easy out without fighting intersection traffic and lines you up to get back on the highway with ease.

There was plenty of parking in the parking lot.

The interior of the building is very spacious, clean and well kept. There’s plenty of options for comfy chair seating, and table seating. I did not feel like I was in a sardine can while I waited for my food and drink order. If I lived in the area I would be fine to come here to relax. The music was playing in the background but at a good level to enjoy but not so loud that it would need to be yelled over if you’re having a conversation.

The bathrooms are spacious and well kept up with.

The employees are friendly. I was greeted by two separate people walking in the door. They were quick with getting the order put together and accurate. Also very helpful in making sure my order was the way I wanted it, as I did have an odd request in how I wanted my drink made. There was no annoyance or irritation from the lady taking my order at my request and everything was repeated back to make sure it was correct.

I think there was training or instruction of some kind happening during my time in this location, it was nice to hear people being instructed in a kind and patient/ professional manner.

One of the few times I wish I could say I could give more than 5 stars because I would if I could!“

“I usually don't have any issues with the Starbucks. But today, I was greeted by a very negative vied person, I don't want to ever talk down on somebody because everybody has a bad day. But I kept smiling at this person free give me I'm not sure who they were, but they have long blonde hair and a ponytail and looked like they've never smiled in their life. Besides getting my drink wrong. And asking politely for it to be fixed.I was greeted again with an Ira.And like it was my fault that they messed up my drink.This is not the first time that this has happened.Which is sad because the starbucks used to be my favorite.“

“With more than one Starbuck's on the way to work, one can pick and choose. When this location moved to the former Schlotzsky's location, the benefit of drive thru was added, making one who is not as motivated to get out of the car during in-climate weather, a new customer. You can use the app and order ahead (in store or drive-thru) and the service is fairly quick (not sure if the new one close to 90 effected their customer base). All in all, a solid Starbuck's.“
