“The food was amazing. I ordered a steak salad and fries, but other people around me ordered different quesadillas and wings, and they all looked amazing - big portions, and the prices are right.The atmosphere isn't my cup of tea, but that's me (See my nite about "kid friendliness). The bartender was super sweet, not dressed sleazy, not flirting with all the guys, just super friendly and laid back. Only thing I didn't much like was hearing the F word an awful lot from songs they play. I would order food from here any day.Kid-friendliness: Definitely NOT a "family" place. The obscenities coming out of the radio are a real turn-off. There's nothing else negative I can say about the place, though.“

“Big D's is one of the Best Restaurants in town. My husband loves the burgers and chicken sandwiches. I love their wings and grilled chicken sandwiches. And Wednesday Pasta night is delicious as well! I suggest bringing cash as they charge for using your card, but it's not much if you do use your card.Wheelchair accessibility: The building is wheelchair accessible but the bathrooms are small if help is needed“

“First I would say that I would give it 4 and a half stars for service and atmosphere. Food was bar food and was ok..not bad but was not blown away either. That said the drinks were really good and they had a nice bourbon selection. I would go back for drinks for sure.“

“Disclaimer: trying to stay gluten free in a mostly Italian restaurant is very difficult and unfair to judge their homemade foods. With that said, I see the menu has quite a variety to choose from. I picked the seafood platter, but I think I should have tried a steak or chicken breast. The menu talked of fish, shrimp and crab, along with scallops. I didn't get scallops. The fish was breaded well with corn meal and tasty. The shrimp was too breaded. The owner should change the frozen bag of shrimp for something else. Crab mix in shell pretty good. Both tarter sauce and the horseradish sauce were there. I chose the rice pilaf, which had good flavor. I chose their vegetable soup, which shows their homemade skills. I don't like hot spicy, yet the vegetable soup had just the right amount of twang in it. Overall I must come back and give them a second chance, just because their soup and rice pilaf was great. I think their other homemade items should be bangin. Seafood platter needs improvement. Waitress friendly and did well. Place was clean and the right atmosphere. Staff was friendly.“

“Food & service very good. Pricing a bit higher then other restaurants in the area. Sald bar needs to open bk up. I used to go there for the almond chicken plus salad bar and neither are available at this time.Parking: Plenty of parking.“

“Best burger I've had in a while. This place is far from fancy, but tell it like it is. Menu is very limited, service was great, daily specials, food fresh, and a "fun" adult crane machine. Will return, will not bring the kids though. Place was clean, tasty, quick and cheap.“

“Wish I knew the specials were written on the wall…. I would’ve order any if them. I wasn’t aware so I ended up with a Freddy burger, which was good. My partner got the 22oz steak which was a bit tougher than he would’ve wanted. The dessert was peach cobbler and was the highlight of the meal.“

Salads were fresh and well composed. Veggie bowl with deep fried O-rings, broccoli, cauliflower & mushrooms were golden. Prices were cheap!Dining area was comfortable & featured trendy decor. Bathrooms were clean and retro. Locals are lucky to have this GEM of a Bar & Grill!“

“Amazing experience. The food was excellent. Started with the smokehouse flatbread as an app. Had the BBQ Chicken Mac & Cheese (Gouda cheese) which was incredible - maybe the best Mac & Cheese ever. Tiramisu dessert was fresh and also excellent. Included a margarita flight as well as a beer flight. Our server, Elizabeth, was very friendly and her recommendations were spot on. Thank you for the wonderful experience!“
