“This is my favorite (and my local) Skyline location. Service is always fast, attentive, and top-notch in the dining room OR drive through. Good consistency every time I’ve ordered. Staff is just lovely and happy to be working there.

That being said, with PEACE and LOVE do NOT ORDER THE MAC & 3-WAY! Oh my god this thing could kill a horse. I feel like I ate meals for the next 4 days and I didn’t even eat half of the food 😭 Pray for my lactose intolerant stomach and 1950s bathroom.“

Not only did he provide service with a smile but he was also pleasant, professional and thorough. Kathy and the other lady who came in at 11:30a that day, sorry I don’t remember her name, were both very helpful and polite. We had a pleasant conversation and were very nice to my kiddos. She offered them mints and wipes for their fingers. She was very helpful when I was needing something and didn’t want to leave my kids by themselves she offered to get me something.

“A few regular employees who have taken our order over the years go above and beyond to make sure my son's (who has food allergies) food is prepped as requested. The few times there have even been the slightest question of safety or miscommunication in the kitchen, they have remade his food with no problem. “Just ordered Bubbakoo's today and Chipotle no longer exists to me. This restaurant outdoes them in every way. I would marry this restaurant if I could. I ordered a taco salad with fried cauliflower and I melted as soon as I took my first bite. The crispiness of the cauliflower was perfectly complimented by the perfectly cooked beans, delicious sauce and guacamole. The way my food was packaged made it feel like I was opening a present. I think I'm in love.

Vegetarian options: Fried cauliflower is available and super delicious.“

“I think it's better than Gold Star Chili and the employees are way better than the other restaurant I mentioned above. At least the employees at Skyline is way more happier than Gold Star employees that act like they never wanted to be at work.“

“My server Lynnette was great. Very friendly and good service. Food was ok, but when I was eating I could hear the staff talking. Very inappropriate topics to be discussing at work in earshot of the dining area. I’ll spare the details but should not be talking in such a way at work where customers can hear it. That’s just my thoughts. Also, when I went to pay no one was there. The front of the house and kitchen was empty. I waited for 5 minutes to pay. I could have just left but I didn’t. I would suggest a bit of training here. They were all a nice bunch but need leadership at their work. Even a fast food chain. That is why McDonald’s is #1, they train their people not just expect them to be great without training and they don’t fire them so quickly. They invest in their people. That’s what Gold Star needs. Show your people that you care about them and train them and they will deliver. This is what is needed at this location. Thanks to Lynnette. She was very sweet.“

“I have only ever been a drive-thru customer at this location, so I cannot speak to the dining room. However, the drive-thru has outdoor speakers with upbeat music playing and it smells heavenly outside, not a smelly dumpster or grease stain in sight. The food is always the same quality, and the line to order moves very quickly. The menu has good visibility and the crew at the window are very pleasant to interact with. Can’t go wrong stopping here for some good fried chicken“

“My son & I got takeout here (Madisonville) for the first time last night. The Cheesesteak beef is delicious--juicy & full of flavor--as is the Amorosa roll it's served on. The chewy bread held the ingredients well, making it clean (not messy) to eat. We also enjoyed the sweet and savory spices on the waffle fries. We'll be back!“

“First visit today - I ordered 2 full slabs, the fried cabbage, jalapeño corn bread stuffing, and potato salad sides, all of which perfectly compliment the smoke on those ribs. Also got to sample a new menu item - jerk pork burnt ends. Absolutely fantastic! The flavor of that jerk sauce will give you chills. Definitely coming back to try everything (yes, everything) else. Dine in or carry-out - just go get some!!“

“An annual tradition, this White Castle goes all out to make it a great experience. They have table side ordering, valentines decor and its very organized with reservations from Opentable. Bravo to the manager who came out and checked on every table to see how it was going- you could tell she cared! Highly recommended as a casual way to celebrate the ones you love- this year we invited friends and it was even more fun to show them the experience.“

“It's skyline, so the food was great as usual. The main thing I wasn't a fan of, was that they removed the salt shakers from the table. Once I realized that, I had to wait to get my server's attention to bring me several packets. It might be nitpicking but that was the only issue I had.“

“I normally don't eat here, but for some reason I wanted to try it. I had the chili cheese fries and they didn't disappoint. The Fries were cooked correctly, had a good taste. I would have liked a little more chili to help with the cheese, but I do love cheese, so I couldn't really complain. The best part about my meal was that the vehicle in front of me in the drive-thru paid for my meal! So thanks to whoever paid it forward! ? I now owe someone a meal :)“
