Due to a snag in the ordering system, the order was canceled. I sent an email and in return received a phone call from Katie, the store’s shift leader. She called not once but 3 times to make sure the order was corrected—- and credited! Staff even added a dozen extra cookies! In addition, another employee,Ashley, took it upon herself to make sure the cookies were delivered asap. I also received an email from the company’s customer care representative later in the day to apologize. Top notch customer service. Thank you.“

“I ordered a cake for my 20th birthday party and not only were the prices fair, the baker did FANTASTIC making my heart shaped, black and red cake. When I went to pick it up I almost cried because of how gorgeous it is and I almost didn’t want to cut into it (it was delicious tho) Thank you SO much.“

“Jan did a cake for my mom's birthday a few years ago and my mom said it was the best cake she ever had. So, when my parents' 60th wedding celebration came up earlier this year, we went back to Jan! We chose her most popular flavor, the raspberry creme, and it was delicious. But, the look of the cake was so special. Sixty years ago, my mother had a small wedding and wore an embroidered suit/vest. Jan based the design of the cake on it and it was so special to my parents and a real work of art. Jan was easy to work with and had great ideas. She suggested a small two-tier cake, so my parents could take the smaller tier with them on a short trip and share their special cake with friends. The staff was amazing and made sure they asked if it was for a birthday. They put a chocolate ‘Happy Birthday’ candy on top and gave us candles, a cake cutter and matches. Really a thoughtful gift to help celebrate her birthday. She LOVED the chocolate cloud cake since it mixed her favorites both berries and chocolate. We can’t wait to go back and try the other yummy options.“

I had never heard of Ri'Joyce pies, but she had all 5 star reviews on google, and reviews are a huge part of why I choose a service/product, so I was immediately intrigued! The process was very easy, I went onto the website and ordered. She reached out to let me know that she had received my order and would have it ready for pickup as requested. When I went to pick it up, we chatted, and Sharita was very friendly with a bubbly personality! She said that she is the sole baker, and takes lots of pride in her food. She told me to let her know if I had any problems at all with the cheesecake, and she would be more than happy to fix it for me. But there were no problems at all. The cheesecake was DELICIOUS! I don’t even write reviews, but I was floored by how good everything was. We got a pistachio latte, pistachio cake, and I was given a sample of the tea with cream. When I say that is the best tea I have ever tasted that’s not an exaggeration. The cake was nutty and creamy with a light floral flavor and absolutely amazing. My daughter loved her latte too and can’t wait to go back. If the food and beverages weren’t enough (they were) the staff was also extremely kind and they were sweet and patient with my daughter while she figured out what she wanted and changed her mind.
