“Fantastic food, friendly environment, atmosphere was warm. Definitely a good flavor to everything I tried. I had the blue grass grits bowl, smash browns, and a chicken sandwich with bacon, sausage gravy, and cheese. I wanted to taste some if everything but chose those items. The sandwich was made with biscuits. The best biscuits I’ve had in a long time.“

“I was looking for a good place to try afternoon tea and stumbled upon this restaurant. Asterisk has a very nice ambiance, with a dark academia look using books as menus and different pattern tea ware. You do not need a reservation to come here because there is a large shared table in the middle, but it is recommended for a smaller private table. The seats at the large table are very close together and personally do not want to be bumping elbows while I eat. The afternoon tea service was a joy. You can pick as many teas as you like and choose from a variety of finger sandwiches. The service is very good and the servers will explain anything on their menu that you need. The dinner menu has very nice options, but I was not entirely impressed with the flavor. I mainly come here for the atmosphere, but the food isn't terrible, just not amazing. I still recommend this place for an intimate meal or a joyful tea time.Vegetarian options: There are some vegetarian options.Parking: There are parking lots a couple blocks away or street parking if available.Kid-friendliness: It is more of an adult atmosphere.“

Nice tap list. Inviting space. Only thing slightly off were the sides. Undercooked fries & mushy corn in the street corn salad. But highly recommend, overall.“

“We intended to have outdoor seating, but with the weather starting to turn, the host staff immediately got us sat at an indoor booth as we arrived. All the food was good and the gluten free menu was all great. Service took longer than expected so our waitress comped our dessert for us.Overall a great experience and we will definitely be coming here again in the future.Dietary restrictions: They have a full gluten free menu and they bring gluten free bread to the table as well.“

“Obviously pierogies are the objective. Kudos to Pierogi Mtn for having so many options to reach vegans as well as non-vegans. I tried the Hungarian Lesco and another with potato, mushroom, onion. Both were tasty. The star for me where's the House made wild ramp sausage (with pork). My friend's dining with me tried other pierogies and also enjoyed their choices. Service was a tad slow but maybe because it was prom night and graduation weekend in Columbus?Vegetarian options: And Vegan!!“

“Rusty Bucket is our go to restaurant. I appreciate that they have reservations when so many other places do not. The atmosphere is fun, the menu has a good variety, and they have good kids meal with a bookmark deal. My daughter's school just completed a read a thon so she was able to easily redeem her free kids meal this time. I always get a brown bag beer and it's fun to see what is inside; even the servers like to find out with me. We never have to wait too long for our food and the servers have been consistently good. The food is good and there is something for everyone. Oh, and I recommend getting the fried pickles but sliced not speared which they will do if you ask.“

“This place is just fantastic! We have eaten here three times and the food is terrific, the burgers are always perfect and the fries are the best I've had in a very long time. The greens are what sent me over the edge, absolutely delicious, I could eat them every day. I have not tried carryout yet although we plan to, we actually ended up here after a concert. We had reservations at a fancy place before the show and were severely disappointed and afterwards we were starving so we stopped in and were so happy we did. We plan to try everything on the menu, it is that good!“

“Decided I was going to hit up a place that I had been to their Food Truck. I was met by Eric working the cash register. I ordered the Maque Choux and Red Beans and Rice with Smoked Sausage. I also ordered several bread servings. The red beans and sausage were flavored perfectly over the rice. Super flavorful. The Maque Choux was so creamy and delicious with the mixture of corn and chicken. Definitely to die for. The bread is so off the chart, filled with flavor. I could eat a whole loaf in a heartbeat. Also had time to talk with Collin who works in the kitchen. But the person who exudes the meaning of hospitality was Abbey the owners daughter who runs prep and the front of the house. I had met her several years ago when she was working with her dad (Jason) on the Food Truck. If you want to taste some flavorful food, you need to check out Yats in Grandview. You won’t be disappointed!!“

“The 1 and only complaint I have is if you're seated in a booth. There's so much traffic so close to your table, other than that server was awesome, food was fresh and delicious. Manager kept checking up on us. We will definitely be back.“

“3/26/24... Here for lunch I had the Beef Stroganoff nice large serving for the price. My husband had their Club sandwich and french fries. Taylor is our server, very friendly and he was prompt on the ball for refills etc.... Great food and really great service today, thanks Taylor ☺️?!!! I'm going to say that 2x I had to speak with Tyler the manager on duty. Tyler was nice and understanding he was willing to help in any way he could. I felt I needed to simply bring it to his attention that Kyle was asked by several people in our party that we needed extra napkins, side plates, drink refills, cleared plates, condiments etc... I understand during this time in the restaurant industry it's difficult to have full staffing. That's not our fault or the way that our family celebration was expecting it to be! Rather disappointed with the results of today's visit ?? ?6/9/21 Dinner tonight started with the best fried pickles we absolutely love them!! Omgoodness happy hour prices M- F 3 to 6 pm on a variety of food and beverage items!! “While walking downtown, we happened upon Pat and Gracie's. We loved it. Our waitress was great. My cocktail, Kentucky Tangerine Sidecar was amazing!! The food!! Awesome!! The cheesesticks were the best I've ever had, they were enormous. The wings were crispy and delicious as well. Definitely going to frequent there in the future.“

“This is on our regular rotation. But it seemed to be extra good this time. I had the barbecue chopped salad and my wife had the fish sandwich. We also had a bowl of clam chowder. Frankly, the last couple of experiences at Cap City have been subpar for one reason or another, but this one at Rusty was really good. Also two red sangrias that were tasty. Server did a really nice job too. The folks at Cap could learn from him. ;)“

“The Rusty Bucket is a must when you're in the Columbus area. They have a wide variety of amazing pub style food and a great selection of draft and bottled beer as well as a nice selection of wines. The Beef Stroganoff was the best I've ever eaten!! I had the 3-Way with Spaghetti and Texas Chili earlier and it was extremely delicious. Thank you Eric and Tia for taking great care of me!!“

“This was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had at this style of restaurant. All-day breakfast is great for someone like me who enjoys pancakes for dinner. This recent visit, I got the Rise & Shine burger for lunch. Easily the best burger I've had in quite a while. I also brought my office cup (30oz. Yeti cup) out of habit and a passing server filled the WHOLE thing without me even asking. I highly recommend giving this place a visit. Friendly staff, great food!“

“The burgers are so good! Juicy and delicious.. And the fries are just out of this world as long as they're hot and fresh. I would have loved to give a 5 star review but service has been iffy a couple times. This one female waitress we had one time was pretty bad. The food took over an hour to get and when the food came out, it wasnt fresh. Not that it's her fault but atleast an acknowledgement would've been nice. And no drink refills, no checking on us. But the last time we went, the service was outstanding, like 200% good, so it made up for the bad. Overall though it's a great restaurant.“

“Mac's Proper Pub has been on my radar for a few years because my best friend took me there to try the sauerkraut balls, and I've been going back to have them ever since then. Recently I discovered that they have a great happy hour which includes half off apps and specialty cocktails, so off I went to have a dinner of apps. My order included scotch eggs, fried brie, spinach and artichoke dip, chicken fingers, and of course the sauerkraut balls. The scotch eggs were tasty-- served cut in half with a dipping sauce, and they were better than any scotch eggs I've had in the past. Crispy and delicious, especially with the gluttonous cream cheese dip. The fried brie is also very tasty-- served with slices of toast and definitely not as stinky or strange as brie can often be, more palatable because it's fried with a crispy outside. This is a great 'intro fried brie' for those who it may be too strong for normally. The spinach and artichoke dip is yummy and served with interesting sliced curly-esque fries. I loved the fries I just wish there was a bit more dip so I wasn't left with so many extra fries and nothing to dip them in. The chicken fingers were pretty average. Not a whole lot to say about those and probably wouldn't order them again. I also wasn't a fan of the sauce they were served with. The sauerkraut balls did not disappoint as usual-- sauerkraut and sausage all wrapped together and served fried with ranch(?) to dip them in. I'm not crazy about the dipping sauce but the portion is pretty large-- it comes with 6 sauerkraut balls that take at least 2-3 bites to finish. The bar itself is long and slender with an incognito room with a pool table in the back that I just noticed on this trip, despite having been there many times before. I'll definitely be back to blow off some steam with a game of pool during happy hour soon.“

“Always good food here. One of the few places around where I like to get biscuits and gravy. That's what I had for breakfast this morning while out running errands, and it did not disappoint. I also got a side order of Chicken Sausage Links, a new item on the menu. It's lower in fat & calories so I thought I'd give it a try. For me, it was just okay. I probably won't order it again. However, that doesn't change how I feel about the food here. “I'm a forever lover of Tee Jayes Country Place. My mom would take me. She worked at several locations and so did my aunt. I worked at one, so did one of my sons. I love the menu, the atmosphere through the years. I love the history of Tee Jayes being that a husband and wife started it all. It really should be Tee Jayes Family Place.“

“I have been a many years customer of Clean Eatz. The cafe selections are pretty good. But mostly, I get their weekly meal plan. The main thing for me is portion control and the variety of meals. Great cooking, no, but satisfying enough, with the ease of microwave heating. It's been good enough for me to lose over 50 pounds in four years, it isn't a diet, though.And I recently discovered, that the owner of the Graceland Clean Eatz is opening a cafe in Grove City, very much close to me.“

“Found this place searching best mac n cheese in Columbus. Got the Nashville chicken and the chicken parm. Both were phenomenal. Ate the hot chicken the night I got it. The flavors and qualities of the food was awesome, I personally would've liked it more without pickles but it really made the dish. The chicken parm I ate for lunch the next day. Cut hot dog style and air fried for more even heating and a great meal. The 15$ for their burritos I thought was steep until I got one. The size and quality of the food makes it well worth it and I'm definitely going back. The only downside is there's no restaurant face or dining area. You have to order online. And it seems 30-40 min usual wait during their dinner rush. I got there and ordered and just waited in my car. The actual place seems kind of skeevy and dark, with order locker windows, the guy working the window called it a ghost kitchen which is probably some trendy thing where a bunch of folks work kitchens out of a factory. Overall super cool and delicious, give it a try“

“Parking: We stopped in here on our way thru Ohio. We had a very pleasant experience. We were immediately seated and our waiter was with us shortly after. Food came out quick and exactly as expected. The banana bread is the best part. Also purchased a candle for the first time. It is so fragrant and slow burning. Can't wait to come back again.“

“The happy hour is great! Half price appetizers! Love, love the Roasted Brussels Sprouts! The onion rings arrived in a huge basket full but they had absolutely no favor even when dipped in ranch dressing. If I'm still hungry, I'll just order more Roasted Brussels Sprouts!! Also, full bottles of wine half price on Tuesdays happy hour!! If you don't finish the bottle, they legally cork it and seal it so you can take it home. Awesome!!“
