Atmosphere is low key with great service. Can’t recommend enough, especially if you’re an Irish pub person.“

“There’s a reason the Press Grill has been around forever - good, reasonably priced food on a menu that has barely changed in decades. That’s a good thing - the sandwiches, Mac and cheese, cottage fries, etc. need no improvement. There are daily specials if you’re looking for something different, but most regulars have their thing. Accessibility is an issue at this original location - it’s an old building, so the door is narrow and the tables close together and all high top except a single low top in the back. The Grandview location is easier for large groups or those with mobility challenges, but if those are not barriers for you, you can’t go wrong with the original.“

“Had our birthday dinner last night with 18 people and we were treated like royalty!!! Got a reservation no problem. We sat outside and it was going to begin storming so they closed the canopy around us. They turned on fun twinkly lights, swept up. Most importantly, when it began raining so hard, we couldn’t hear and it started to come through the canopy, they didn’t care at all that we took our large group inside!!!! Most of all, there are not enough words to say about our waitress, Robin. The best service we have EVER had anywhere. She treated everyone like family, no one ever waited for a thing!!! Not for food, not water, not drinks, not napkins, not anything. No one even had issues with their bills even though this large group was all separate and moved all over the place. Everyone in our group expressed how amazing she was and how not a thing went wrong or unnoticed or not taken care of. She is a wonderful person and a master of her job. Thank you Robin and the rest of the staff!!!“

“CoHatch has been by far the best coworking community ive been a member of, the value you get with a membership is most excellent. for someone like myself that is a roaming worker, I never like to work the same place every day, cohatch is perfect as there are many locations.. not only that, but each location has its own vibe, its own decor, and personality.. Having local roasted espresso is another plus as i get craft coffee-shop quality espresso as much as i want.. the staff has been nothing less than fantastic in helping me find things, answer questions and the like, wifi is always nice n fast, all locations use the same credentials so its easy to get connected. each membership level includes 24x7 access which is perfect for the ikes of myself who tends to work at odd hours. it really feels more like hanging out in a trendy coffee shop than it does in an office.“

“We are from Texas and had to visit Columbus for my husbands job. We came here for dinner this past Thursday evening and the service was amazing. I had a very cranky baby and several of the waitstaff offered to get her a variety of different things to make her happy. I really appreciated that. I ordered the fried pickles and the fish and shrimp. The pickles were SPEARS which made me very happy as I love me some fried pickles but I can’t get spears anywhere around here. The fish and shrimp were hot and fresh and so crispy. Beer was ice cold and I left fat and happy! Thanks again for being so kind and understanding with my baby girl!“

“Just had their newest addition to the high quality menu. The generous portion could easily be a shareable for two or a great lunch tomorrow. Extremely tasty with the right balance of crumbles and b’fflo sauce. Great w/seasoned fries or house chips. Make sure to have a pint of the Kroenburg 1664 pints to wash it down. “We are from out of town and needed to feed 16 people after our original plan fell through. I called and spoke to Jeremy and he was quick to accommodate. I have to say the service was impeccable and so was the food. Every one of our orders was perfectly prepared and delicious. “Paid $80 for an uber eats order of wings and fish and chips. Ordered extra blue cheese and extra tarter sauce. Both things central to our meal...didn't get any sauce. This is extremely annoying and frankly I'm absolutely sick and tired of basic things like this getting missed on orders. The meal is literally ruined over something so minor...do better.

Edit. While I'm keeping the above message intact, the original "service" 1 star review really was an angry culmination of repeated order delivery errors from a multitude of resturants, not just Barelys. In fact, we still ate our meal the next day (with newly acquired sauces) and I have to admit the food was awesome. Additionally, we received a very friendly and prompt response from Jason the GM who graciously accepted the feedback and pledged to spread my frustration, so it's only right to update the service to 5. Mistakes happen, and yes I was angry, but their immediate and professional response deserves a rescore. We will be giving Barleys another go and I'm confident my future review with be 5 stars across the board, from the start.“
