They have great customer service and new delicious items. She recommended the caramel apple smoothie and it was phenomenal. This will always be my go to scooters when I'm heading out of town“

The ladies that took my order and brought me my sandwich were very helpful and friendly. A drink came with the too good to go order and she made a raspberry lemonade tea which was delicious! I enjoy simple black coffee and creamer. I asked for help with a simple coffee and the staff couldn’t really help me. My coffee was bitter and they don’t carry creamer.

All in all the visit was very productive and pleasant. Not too loud and we didn’t feel rushed.“

“There was a new barista there today and she was exceptionally kind. I didn’t get her name, but I wish I did. I got a vanilla bean frappe with strawberry purée, a drink I found on Pinterest, and she said she would try her best but hasn’t done many off the menu drinks. I got it in at most 5 minutes, and could tell they had been busy because a lot of the pastries were sold out, but she still got my drink done quickly and was supper kind.“

“The lady who took my order in the drive thru was super nasty and wanted to argue with me when there was multiple cars behind me in line instead of fixing my order. I had ordered 3 20 piece nuggets with 3 baskets of fries which she rang up separately but it’s a meal that comes with the 20 piece and basket of fries and she said that I should’ve ordered it by saying “can I get the meal that has the 20 piece nuggets and basket of fries” I guess I didn’t realize there was a certain way to order the nuggets and fries so instead of fixing the issue and making 3 meals she rang them up separately and overcharged me by $5 so when I went to pay this really nice young man by the name of Isaeh helped me out and fixed my order making them meals. Really sweet boy didn’t even complain and really turned my bad experience around. The lady that took my order could use some customer service tips from Isaeh.“
