We ordered a classic chicken sandwich. However, I soon discovered it to be Spicy. It burned after taking a bite and was covered in thick black pepper. It was not what was ordered and for someone who doesn't enjoy spice, it was not a pleasant surprise. I'm not sure how the two got confused.
Also one of the sauce packets was puffy and looked a little off.
We don't usually have issues at this location but today it seems there was some confusion.
I was simply missing items out of my bag called the team lead Cathy and she just had smart remarks about the customer responsibility to check their bags. Why would I expect to not get food that I paid for ? 🤣
When asked to speak to the general manager I was denied the opportunity because she wasn’t “going to do that”. I definitely will be contacting consumer service to do a formal report! The customer service is trash and for them to promote their wonderful customer...read full review
Didn’t seem to know what a child nugget order was
So we did get a discount on our drinks for being seniors, but ordered 2 fries and only got one order.
We had to park to wait for the order. We have never had trouble ordering from here until yesterday.
