“Rude disrespectful employees I ordered a concrete with extra oreo. When I received the mix it barely had oreo. I asked for more oreo and the young boy rolled his eyes and said it has extra oreo. I said will you put in a little more? He handed it to a female working there and she made a comment about wanting extra oreo. She handed it to a girl who acted like she was putting extra oreo in it. She did not put any extra at all. their attitudes were rediculious. I know it is hard to hire good people but, Chic Fila across from you ALWAYS has very nice respectful employees. Your employees need to learn from them. Get rid of their attitudes. Find new employees“

“When I am working in Norman I stop in @ Raising Cane's with my kids to grab a bite to eat. Doesn't matter if it's football season or summer the food is always cooked fast, fresh, & hot. This is top of the line chicken 🐔 fast food on par with the best in the country. The staff is always polite and helpful(hardworkers). Their chicken fingers, sauce,fries, coleslaw, Texas toast and sweet tea are all great. We have tried everything on the menu. Recommend it all! Restaurant, tables, floor, & bathroom all kept clean. The Atmosphere of the restaurant is pretty nice and chill. Mix of locals and out of towners. Just great food with no drama.**********10 stars! Plenty of parking since it sits in front of strip mall with other businesses.“

“I got the nachos this time. The flavors of everything were really good, however the chips seemed very stale. I ended up using tortilla chips that I had at home. I will still get food from here as anything else I've tried has been very good. I was just very disappointed in the chips.“

On par with most other fast-food taco joints. The only real complaint is the the dining room and restrooms could use a bit of updating and a good, DEEP cleaning. It's not disgustingly gross, but you can tell they could greatly benefit from spending just a little more time on a daily basis giving a little more attention to detail when cleaning. “So I ordered 3 pizzas for pickup like we do every friday from Pizza Hut! They mess up my third pizza 😭 it wasnt the kids pizza it was mine! But hey mistakes happen right?
So the manager she was awesome I called up there she said she'd have my correct order ready in 15 minutes I said cool.

Showed up on time and boom there she was. The manager of the hour. She pulls out my pizza and on top was another smaller box with a chocolate chip pizza and it was piping hot! I said for real? She was like yeah you had to drive back up here. Long story short it was an amazing experience. This manager gets it. She knows people work hard all week and expect their pizza to be on point and she's here for you. Im telling you she's legit got your back. They always make 🔥 🔥🔥 fire pizza. Its so delicious and hot every time. We've been using them for about a year now and thats the first mistake and it came with a blessing. Thank you management and team for doing such a good job! The food was delicious!

“So, the food was fine, but when I ordered a custom small tuna on white, specifying the exact ingredients, one of which wasn't cheese, they delivered it with cheese. Now cheese isn't a bad thing, but I didn't ask for cheese. This scenario has happened nearly every time. One time, they still added all the standard stuff on it when I said it was custom. It's like they only listen to the first two words you say, and the rest is a blur to them. It i don't say I want it, leave it off the sandwich. Oh, and the music was way too LOUD! Why is it everywhere you go these days that the music is so loud? I just want to have a quiet meal!“

However, today I want to give Gracie a shout out. From start to finish, she was professional, well spoken, kind and genuinely respectful. After handing me my order at the drive-thru window, I asked if I could have a small cup of water that I hadn't included with my order. Without hestitation, she smiled and gave me a larger cup of water with a lid and straw. It's small acts of kindness and service like these that speak volumes about a person's character.
