“I recently was in line on July 27, 2024 and I had forgotten to stop and get gas so my car ran out at the window. I told the attendant what happened and that I needed a second to push it to a parking spot. As I was getting out to push about 5 staff member came out to help! They were so gracious to me in helping, not only that when I pulled in the spot to wait for a ride to get gas the general manager Jane’s came out to check on me and I told him I was waiting to get a ride and he so graciously offered to give me one so I and my wife didn’t have to continue to wait in the hit car! The Norman location went above and beyond there job duties in helping someone out in the community. And of course the food was great as usual!! Thanks James and staff!“

“Rude disrespectful employees I ordered a concrete with extra oreo. When I received the mix it barely had oreo. I asked for more oreo and the young boy rolled his eyes and said it has extra oreo. I said will you put in a little more? He handed it to a female working there and she made a comment about wanting extra oreo. She handed it to a girl who acted like she was putting extra oreo in it. She did not put any extra at all. their attitudes were rediculious. I know it is hard to hire good people but, Chic Fila across from you ALWAYS has very nice respectful employees. Your employees need to learn from them. Get rid of their attitudes. Find new employees“

“I eat here often. The only complaints I have are sometimes the tater tots aren't fresh and it seems like they're overcooked like the groovy fries. Also gotta say the witches brew specialty drink was gross. I had high hopes. The eclipse slush was much better. Overall though I love the wraps and getting discounts in the Sonic app.“

“Better than Taco Bell. I got two tacos and my wife got chicken loaded burrito, we got there right before they closed the lobby.
The tacos were filled with meat and cheese and were tasty. Her burrito was the same filled to the brim and very good. The three young people behind the counter were working hard with the orders going through the drive through but we're going fast and with smiles, that is good to see. Great job all in all“

“So, the food was fine, but when I ordered a custom small tuna on white, specifying the exact ingredients, one of which wasn't cheese, they delivered it with cheese. Now cheese isn't a bad thing, but I didn't ask for cheese. This scenario has happened nearly every time. One time, they still added all the standard stuff on it when I said it was custom. It's like they only listen to the first two words you say, and the rest is a blur to them. It i don't say I want it, leave it off the sandwich. Oh, and the music was way too LOUD! Why is it everywhere you go these days that the music is so loud? I just want to have a quiet meal!“

“I totally get some people have had bad experiences here and I never care to review fast food locations but this place really made me do a double take to see if I was at a popeyes. The cashier was so nice and happy to make conversation and seemed to really care and even let us know what food was just made so it would be hot. It was really refreshing and the location was really clean and popeyes is also good so I'm glad we have this location in Norman!“

“Absolutely the best fast food establishment around. Everything is top tier like this shit is run by Gus Fring or something. It’s always fresh and the fastest food I’ve had. Those are the top 2 priorities. Wendy’s across the street is nasty dry and old. They get confused taking your order. Not here. Arby’s is good but never go there if you’re in a hurry. They always pull you forward and make you wait for even a standard roast beef sandwich. Here at this McDonald’s, they have their system down. If they can’t give you your food immediately, they will have you pull forward to a spot, but this rarely happens. And when it does, though, you get your food within a minute. They only do this so the person behind you can get their food quickly and move the line up, so it’s super efficient.

And the employees are great especially the dude that runs the window sometimes who is super genuine and down to earth and funny.

“Being a home health nurse which includes lots of driving time, I have been coming to this McDonalds every morning for the last four years. Hands down the best McDonald’s I have ever visited. Every employee has always been very helpful and polite. Very accommodating, when I would have trouble with the app, they have taken the time to help me. I can’t say enough about the drive through ladies, top notch. Management has always had a smile on their face and made sure I received everything I needed or wanted. My job is changing, I truly will miss this morning routine and this morning crew. (I have been to A LOT of McDonald’s in the mornings) this by far is my favorite.“

“If you're craving authentic Mexican food, the food trucks in Norman are the way to go! I got the carnitas plate here for a good price! It was delicious and lasted me a few days in left overs! The only thing I would improve on are the beans, they were good but they were too liquidy.“
