“The staff here are really nice and helpful. They really let you know you can sample the ice cream and drinks.
I got the pecan aquafrescas, and I believe it is cream or milk based, but it’s so good. I also got the Biscoff ice cream (I didn’t know anyone could make airplane cookies taste good!!) When I got it, it looked picture perfect, perfect scoop, big cookie sticking out the side (forgive the picture I had to take it when I got home).
Would 100% recommend this place!!“

“What can I say, Braum’s has the best ice cream and fast food!!! Their French Fries are the tastiest I ever had!!! The workers in this particular place are always friendly, always efficient! Regina has a lot of charm and charisma. Damire is sweet (and gave us extra ketchup). And Rai was extraordinarily efficient. Our was ready seconds, and I mean seconds after we completed the purchase! He even said “Merry Christmas” to us, so sweet of him! The produce checkout is always an easy process (and some of their products are extraordinarily delicious)! Merry Christmas to all!!!“

“We just stopped by for a family outing and everything was delicious! Two of my kiddos have a gluten allergy, and they had two gf cookies left, and the kind lady working suggested each get a bowl with one of the cookies. Perfect solution! She then got them each their own scoop of ice cream from two different new tubs of ice cream in the back to avoid gluten contamination. I didn’t even ask for this! She was clearly are of gf protocol which was so appreciated. Thank you Baked Bear! We will be back 😀“

“The food was very good and tried the strawberry ice cream. Now that was really wonderful. The young woman who served us at the counter was cheerful, very friendly and even came by to make sure everything was good and correct after we received our food.“

“Rude disrespectful employees I ordered a concrete with extra oreo. When I received the mix it barely had oreo. I asked for more oreo and the young boy rolled his eyes and said it has extra oreo. I said will you put in a little more? He handed it to a female working there and she made a comment about wanting extra oreo. She handed it to a girl who acted like she was putting extra oreo in it. She did not put any extra at all. their attitudes were rediculious. I know it is hard to hire good people but, Chic Fila across from you ALWAYS has very nice respectful employees. Your employees need to learn from them. Get rid of their attitudes. Find new employees“

Informed of allergy when special ordering my food the young lady who was manager on duty took my order then came out to my car to let me know she took the liberty of checking ingredients in the sauces on my food and they do not contain any of my allergens. To go above and beyond to ensure I was safe was fantastic.
