“We love Braum’s ice cream. This evening there was a nice, helpful man at the ice cream bar. He explained the new flavors to us and suggested that we have a Sunday. For both of us to have a lot of ice cream. It was less than five dollars. You cannot beat the food deals at Braum’s.“

“When I was there getting my Sister breakfast, she was next door at the Porter location getting her Chemo, I found out the guy that was working him and his wife got released yesterday with their bundle of joy(a son)!!! The baby is 3 day's old and the guy looked to be young and it was their 1st baby. I reached in my purse got out 25$ and handed it to him, telling him diapers are expensive honey. I wish I would of got his name. But, if you want to do a good deed for the day drop off some diapers or something you think mommy and daddy could use. Like a gift card. “Rude disrespectful employees I ordered a concrete with extra oreo. When I received the mix it barely had oreo. I asked for more oreo and the young boy rolled his eyes and said it has extra oreo. I said will you put in a little more? He handed it to a female working there and she made a comment about wanting extra oreo. She handed it to a girl who acted like she was putting extra oreo in it. She did not put any extra at all. their attitudes were rediculious. I know it is hard to hire good people but, Chic Fila across from you ALWAYS has very nice respectful employees. Your employees need to learn from them. Get rid of their attitudes. Find new employees“

“i went in today and got an amazing ice cream sandwich! i have gluten and dairy allergies, and they were very kind and knowledgeable about it. i got the vegan/gf fudgy brownie cookie and vegan chocolate chip ice cream, and both tasted just like the real thing! the staffer even grabbed sprinkles from the back instead of using the one up front, to be extra safe. though there is ALWAYS a risk of cross-contamination, even with careful acts like this, i felt much safer to eat this than i did at other places due to the care they showed. thanks for the great cookie sandwich! i'll definitely be back :)“

Informed of allergy when special ordering my food the young lady who was manager on duty took my order then came out to my car to let me know she took the liberty of checking ingredients in the sauces on my food and they do not contain any of my allergens. To go above and beyond to ensure I was safe was fantastic.

“I eat here often. The only complaints I have are sometimes the tater tots aren't fresh and it seems like they're overcooked like the groovy fries. Also gotta say the witches brew specialty drink was gross. I had high hopes. The eclipse slush was much better. Overall though I love the wraps and getting discounts in the Sonic app.“

“I was running around Purcell and decided to grab a drink on the way home. I had a coupon I purchased from the local cheerleaders for a 99¢ large drink. I ordered a Root Beer with easy ice. It came out quickly and the carhop was very friendly. I ordered from the patio speaker. It was a good day for it. You can also still order at the stalls and of course download the app and order there as well.“
