“I love your food but the mobile thru feature is worthless. Every time I use it, cars that got there after me are getting through before me. So I should just wait to order when I get there or go inside. And yes traffic volume is same on both lanes so that’s not it.“
“Placed an order for delivery today. I received a call from the manager who looked at the deliveries placed for the day and noticed mine was late. I had no idea it was late because work was pretty busy that day. I appreciate the effort and the standard chick-fil-a has a business. I appreciate that the manager called me to apologize, and also complimented me with free delivery fee.“

He brought my order to an outside table and served me without there being a scannable QR code. The food was good but it’s the spirit of service at Chickfila that makes it such a special place.
