Panda Express offers a nice selection of food, known for its hot and fresh meals. The food is always yummy, but some diners feel that the portions are not always appropriate. Service is generally good, with staff who are helpful and friendly, although there have been instances where the experience was less satisfying. One diner mentioned a memorable first visit, while others noted issues like the restaurant running out of certain dishes, such as the mushroom chicken. The atmosphere can be loud, making it hard to hear, and some diners have expressed concerns about the drive-thru service being slow. Despite these issues, it remains a recommended dining option, especially for families, with better pricing on family meals compared to individual orders. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, although there have been complaints about the lobby being closed during pickup orders without proper signage.
