I came in recently and the customer service was great and very quick and efficient. I went with the crew members suggestion of the California style burger. Food came out fast and hot. Thanks for the great experience from Florida!!
We visited this location for an afternoon sweet snack. I ordered a brownie delight sundae and asked if it had nuts in the brownie. I explained I had a tree nut allergy and wanted to make sure I could eat it. Jacob the manager overhead me speaking to Sophia at the counter and he directed her to pull a brownie from the bottom of the bin to insure it had not come in contact with any pecans. Very nice employee at the window. Seems like the order box needs to be replaced because it was too difficult to place our order. Grateful she read our order back to us because I was afraid it would be completely wrong. Burger was way too salty. Our cheese sauce wasn't in the bag (costs extra). The ranch is not good. Fries are delicious. The wait was 25 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of us. The food was disappointing and the wait is too long. Go somewhere else.
