Not only did they agree to take on a large order with very short notice, but they executed it flawlessly. The food was fresh and perfectly prepared. Everything was organized, accurate, and ready exactly when they said it would be.

I accidentally went to the wrong Jimmy John's location for my mobile order and the employees helpfully pointed me to the right location. Everyone was very nice so I didn't feel as silly about the whole thing.“
“Who ever is working right now, 2/19/26 at 7pm, a brown haired young guy in a black shirt and a woman in a red shirt, visor hat, provided the best experience. Pulled up, ordered two #9, one toasted combo, both extra peppers. Not only was the intercom experience easy and polite, payment and pace of service was extraordinary. Plus, when I got home, they were the best seasoned, put together grinders I’ve had in years. I’d go nowhere else if this was the experience every time. Amen 🔥“

Dante and the team are absolutely attentive, kind, and absolutely delightful.
They also go above and beyond —leaving a sweet note, maybe a cookie, and I can't say enough good things about how much it has eased my convalescence.
