“Jimmy John's is a little small, but the food is great. Its a sandwich place, but not like Subway, yet I always get what I want at JJs and there's more sides than just chips! True JJs has chips, but the sides for a combo meal can be potato salad or pesto pasta too! They have brownies and cookies if you need something sweet. My husband and I eat differently, but we both enjoy the tuna salad on wheat (their wheat bread is so good y'all!). They have the regular add ons for your sandwich or wrap, such as tomato, lettuce, cheese. But they add on things like crispy onions, cucumber slices, pickles, Jimmy peppers and more! Hope you love it! By the way they have a veggie one that comes with guacamole on it 😋 For summer theyll have seasonal drinks like strawberry and regular lemonade+the regular fountain faves.“
“Great food. Super quick. Best quality chain sandwich shop. Clean inside. Helpful employees. You can go wrong with the new Chicken bacon Ranch. They don’t charge an arm and a leg like Schlotzsky’s. And the food seems more fresh than all other fast food.“
“I just got a sandwich on the way home was waited on by Freddy. This guy made my visit they ran out of the normal bread and made my sandwich with the little John bread. Freddy offered me a solution and didn’t just tell me they were out of bread. I’ll be back !!!“
“Who ever is working right now, 2/19/26 at 7pm, a brown haired young guy in a black shirt and a woman in a red shirt, visor hat, provided the best experience. Pulled up, ordered two #9, one toasted combo, both extra peppers. Not only was the intercom experience easy and polite, payment and pace of service was extraordinary. Plus, when I got home, they were the best seasoned, put together grinders I’ve had in years. I’d go nowhere else if this was the experience every time. Amen 🔥“

“I go to this particular store when I am picking up dinner for after my shift. Usually, the employees are nice but it's always felt purely professional. Today though an employee named Rudy helped me and was super nice and helpful. Instead of just treating me as another customer to deal with, he was kind and had a good conversation where I may have talked too much about my fiance but he didn't complain and instead made me feel welcome to be there at the restaurant. I noticed he accidentally put tomatoes on my sandwich despite the ordering it with no tomatoes and instead of just removing them and continuing like most people do, he apologized and restarted on a new piece of bread before I had the chance to acknowledge it. Overall the best employee I've interacted with at any Jimmy John's, Subway, or other fast food restaurant.“
“I was very impressed with my visit. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful as I was trying to redeem a reward. I got a free drink because it was my birthday and they definitely didn’t have to do that. It makes a difference when customer service is a priority! Thanks guys!“
“Y'all, I've been LIVING on Jimmy John's for the past year (my love affair began far earlier,) but I cannot emphasize how much joy the store at NW 23rd + Penn in OKC continues to bring me.
Dante and the team are absolutely attentive, kind, and absolutely delightful.
They also go above and beyond —leaving a sweet note, maybe a cookie, and I can't say enough good things about how much it has eased my convalescence.
And THE FOOD IS ALWAYS NEXT LEVEL. WE LOVE Y'ALL!!!
