“Went for the first time last night. Food was really good and the owner is a super nice guy. Ended up staying for 45 minutes just talking with the owner who was extremely welcoming. You can tell he cares about his customers experience and I genuinely appreciate that.“
“This is a cozy, counter service spot with delicious food. We had the beef kafta and chicken shawarma platters and a side of baba ganouj (sp?) with extra pita. Everything was tasty, but what made it all especially delicious was how fresh everything tasted. The chicken shawarma came with a garlic sauce, but the traditional tzatziki sauce with the beef dish was so good!“
“This is a cozy establishmrnt. They have "the most choices" ive ever seen in 1 establishment. Its like the mall food court in 1 establishment. Foods, American, Italian, Mexican, Muslim, Indian, Greek and Im sure theres more then thease 6 ive named. They even have a hugh spud/potato menu as well. I actually was surprized when I recognized people who worked here from when I was a waitress for another esrablishment. The employees are very kind & attenative to customers. We were given 3 sm, desserts. The restaurant is well maintained. I totally RECCCOMMEND EVERYONE TO GO HERE AT LEAST ONCE. They also have catfish and shrimp. A shrimp basket was around $12. Which is a great deal.Kid-friendliness: Yes, kid-friendly, yes. A great family establishment. The tables and booths are decent size, and really, nothing roudy kids can break. I wouldn't call it romantic or anything like that. But excellent for bible or regular college people, teenagers on a date, people meeting up for lunch, business lunch dates.Wheelchair accessibility: Street level entryway, plenty of room to move around“
“We ate here for the first time, and it was absolutely delicious! Our orders were ready quickly. There was plenty of food and it was hot, fresh, and affordable. I had the Gyro platter. It comes with beef and lamb, basmati rice, a salad, and fresh, hot, soft pita bread. I like that the sauce was on the side. My husband had the beef shawarma and said it was delicious as well. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant was very clean. Whenever we are in the area and craving Mediterranean food, we'll be back for sure!“
“I was lucky to stop at this Lebanese restaurant ! Honestly one of the best mediterranean food spot in the United States . Not fancy but delicious and fresh and good service . I tried the zaater pie and the Spanish and the mix kabob plate lamb skewer with the Beef shawarma ending dude I’m coming back definitely ? love from ?? to Lebanon ??“
“Just ate here with my wife and let me tell you right now. I'm a lifetime customer. Never had gyros before and my goodness it blew My mind. We even got hooked up with desert and I'm beyond thankful this place exist. try this place now!!!!!“
“The grilled organic chicken sub sandwich is perfectly seasoned and on the absolute best sub bread around! Definitely my favorite sandwich here!Other favorites are the cabbage rolls, hummus and pita bread. The taco salad is great too. I haven't had a chance to try very many items yet because I most always go for the grilled chicken sub. They do a ton of business during the lunch time with dine-in and carry-out and sometimes it's a 30 minute wait for your order, just FYI. Just know this going in and if you are in a big hurry then wait and go on a day when you have more time. Good tasty homemade food and nice owners.“
“Such incredible food, I cannot reccomend this place enough! From the salad to the gyro, everything is so tasty and full of flavor and the cost per portion is pretty amazing. Such a sweet owner as well who gives this place his all. Will be coming here weekly!“
“Only regret is that I didn't try it sooner. Finally got some take out and it was top notch. Grilled chicken was flavorful and moist, some of the best tabbouleh I've had in Tulsa. Plenty of food for the price without being ridiculous. Will definitely be exploring the menu!“
“This Cava location always has excellent customer service, food and selection. Even when they are busy they take great care of their customers. The harissa avocado bowl and lavender blueberry drink are my go-to and they are always fresh and delicious!“
“I got a shawarma plate and it was good. The star of the show was definitely the tabouli salad. It's more than just a salad. You can taste the history and love in it. I will definitely return for a few grocery items, ice cream, and I want to try other menu items. There's a cute little event space in the side room and the owner will cook and bring your dish out to you. It was also fun to see his interactions with his regulars, it made the environment feel cozy and familiar.“
“This was an amazing experience for my lil family. The owner was so sweet and friendly. The food was absolutely amazing. Definitely coming back!Kid-friendliness: Was so friendly to my lil so. Whose 1and talked with him many times throughout the night“
“This was our first trip to Saffron. The restaurant was very nice inside and the ambiance was welcoming and relaxing. The service was attentive and friendly. Now about the food..... I had the shish kabob and the meat was seasoned well and tender. My wife had the gyro platter and stated it was the best gyro she has had. It was thin and delicious. For both of us, the rice was such a pleasant surprise. It was light and perfectly cooked. We'll definitely be back.“
“Warning! The Harissa bowl is spicy! The chicken is spicy, the feta is spicy, and the sauce/dressing is spicy! Prepare. Delicious, but know what you're ordering. Haha. The customer service is excellent. The staff was very kind and helped me select the correct bowl for me and my dietary needs. Yum!!!“
“The food is fantastic! The service was fast, but I felt a little rushed. They appear to get a lot of repeat customers who know exactly what they want. The restaurant was very cold so bring a jacket if you are going to eat in. It's also very small and echoes.“
“literally all i can say is amazing. i got a bowl with super greens, saffron rice, spicy chicken, persian cucumbers, corn, crazy feta, taziki, red pepper hummus, avocado, and caesar. it was. so. good. and the portions were perfect it was a good mix of creamy, crunchy, and spicy. next time i'll probably add pita chips to it: i tried some and they were so good! 10/10 recommend“
“Fist impression walking in, very clean. Quiet relaxed atmosphere. Ordered 2 different platters to try different items. All of the food was hot, fresh and very flavorful. The staff came around multiple times to check on us. We found a new favorite restaurant. Will definitely be back. Thank you to the owner and staff for a wonderful meal.“
“Cava itself has no complaints and neither does this location in Tulsa Hills. Every-time I go the staff is hospitable, friendly, and welcoming. Rex is absolutely amazing and sets the atmosphere with his smile when you walk in. Cava is 5 stars but this location and the staff are also 5 stars.“
“Food was really good and the sauce was great. I thought I ordered one tater tot for me and my daughter to share but wind up ordering two by mistake. Person took my order I didn’t understand as well as I thought I did.Parking: Was pulling a trains there was ample parking.“
“First time eating here. It was delicious! I had grilled shrimp over basmati rice with a greek salad, my brother had their spicy chicken, with roasted red potatoes, and meditteranean salad. The staff were super nice and quick, the dining area was casual and comfortable. 10/10 will go again.“
“The parking, the traffic and what seems to be non-stop construction at the corner of 11th and Lewis has kept me from enjoying the restaurant offerings at Kitchen 66. I set out today to eat Indian food somewhere in Tulsa; somehow that plan mutated and we wound up at Bodhi’s Bowl instead. Glad we did!The dining environment experience in the Mother Road Market is not glamorous. However, the variety, quality, and uniqueness of the small food shops auditioning for your business, make up for the state fair, and noisy mall food court, like setting. At Bodhi’s Bowl my wife quickly zeroed in on the Falafelopolis: crispy Falafels with sumac, combined with a salad of fresh ginger, spinach, Feta cheese, house-made cucumber Tzatziki, and sweet pickled red onion on herb lime rice.I went for the Red Bird Bangkok, another rice bowl/salad meal with abundant chunks of coconut curry chicken, Thai green beans, chopped cucumber, spinach sprinkled with chopped peanuts. The chicken and the rice were covered with a fantastic slightly spicy curry that took this meal over the top.The ingredients in these bowls were fresh and flavorful. Both meals were delicious!“
“This is a place that I have been eating at for 12 years. The consistency of the food is fantastic! It's always good every time. The service is friendly and fast. The atmosphere of the place isn't necessarily all that important to me. As long as the quality and service is good, I will continue eating here.“
“The service was excellent as we came in the door. One of the waitstaff greeted us and showed us the menu. One thing I noticed right away was the fresh flowers on the tables. We had to wait a bit for our food, but it was well worth it. We will go back. I ordered the shrimp dinner. It was spicy, and my husband ordered the lamb gyro. Also, desserts! My one disappointment was that restrooms ? were each 1 seater.Parking: Not much parking out front. But there was more on the side.“
“The ambiance and service were exceptional, though the cuisine fell short of expectations. The shrimp pasta, in particular, was disappointing enough to be added to my list of dishes to avoid in the future. Aside from the food, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I'm open to giving it another try.“
“A Small Deli with a Lot to Offer!I had no idea this little Deli even existed. I stumbled across the very favorable reviews, which are almost as hidden on the internet as the Deli’s location. It is found closer to Catoosa than Tulsa but, the restaurant has a Tulsa address. It is very easy to find on east Pine just east of N. 166 East Ave in an industrial area. [Today the Catoosa Police had radar set up just east of the Deli. I saw him before he saw me thanks to the radar detector. Point is, watch your speed on Pine St in this area. This area is a speed trap!]The owner Mr. Omar Shaban and one of his sons were working the counter. I had a chance to visit with him. He has years of experience in the restaurant industry as a previous owner of one of Tulsa’s Bill and Ruth’s Sub shops. The building he now operates in was recently a Subway. Mix all that with Mr. Shaban’s Middle Eastern heritage and it pretty well explains the menu! The Deli offerings range from loaded baked potatoes, chili, spaghetti, salads, Subs, Gyros, etc. etc. and the typical Mediterranean sides. It is small shop with a big varied menu. The bread for the Subs are baked in house! Oh! and Baklava! Don’t forget the Baklava! He was really bragging about his Chili, so I will be back to give it a tryWe had the Gyro Platter and added grape leaves. It had a large portion of gyro meat, rice, tzatziki, tabouli, hummus, olives and pita. Everything on the plate was perfect! What really stood out was the delicious gyro meat and the wonderful freshness of the sides made daily.Very good food served up by pleasant friendly people!“
