“My family and I went to braums around 9pm-ish to get a quick meal and sweet treat, the place seemed like it was in it's busy hour yet everyone was very nice. The manager who took my order was very nice and observant even while also dealing with some kids who were being quite rude to him, but he still was nice and accommodating. There was another gentleman who was very kind and helped us with our order even though they were swampped and I believe backed up on ice cream orders. Workers, service and food 10/10. Best braums I've been too since I stopped working over 5years ago.“

“We come here a few times a week:) my new fav snow cone place. I love root bear float or banana and coconut with ice cream, daughter loves Olaf with ice cream, and my other daughter loves silver fox with ice cream. Only thing I wish is there was a list underneath the names of each snow cone what flavors are in it. They taste great every-time and the way are very addictive! Awesome customer service too.“

Parking: The parking lot there's plenty of space but it's for customers generally I'm sure if you had an issue you could stay there for a short amount of time

“Pretty straight forward. Ice cream sandwiches. Sucks that brownies cost more, but they are better imo. Not a cheap treat but tasty.

Wish they had more ice cream flavors.

If you might come back, don't forget to get your punch card. Nothing better than getting a free one after a while.

Parking: This parking lot is weird. Theres no spots in front if baked bear. Some extra wide spots that seem like handicapped but aren't labeled as such. Most of the parking is over a curb like the designer really didnt want people to be able to drive up to the stores unless you are one of the lucky few.

I cannot tell if there is some genius reason for the parking lot design, or if it was designed by an idiot who hates cars and people.“

“Very bad service, I arrived at 8:20 pm and they gave me my food at 8:50 and they also told me that it was for takeout because it takes time to not be able to eat in the establishment. We will never return. There is a lack of customer service. It is a shame that they don't. Value it because without clients there is no business and it is also very expensive.“
