“I visited this Tim Hortons today as a volunteer doctor and witnessed one of the best examples of customer service I’ve ever seen. A lady came in and started arguing about butter and cream cheese. She was clearly in the wrong but was extremely rude to the girl working at the counter even threatening to leave a bad review and get her fired.Despite the negativity, the staff member handled the situation with incredible patience and grace. She stayed calm, kind, and respectful throughout it all. It was genuinely impressive to watch.Later, I ordered food, and she made it so well it was absolutely delicious. That was hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.Kudos to her for representing Tim Hortons with such a positive attitude. People like her make the experience better for everyone! I’ll definitely be coming back.“

“The beautiful young lady who always serves me made my day today with her refreshing personality, and excellent customer service. I hope this location continues to only hire more employees with her kind of good attitude and effort in the workplace. “Honestly I don't know what it is about this location but every other Tim Hortons need to follow suit. They always have the best freshest doughnuts that are properly dipped that I could only imagine is what Tim Hortons should taste and look like, plus they have the best tasting coffee. Could be the time I go around 4pm-5pm but hats off to that team and owner.“
