“The female manager of this restaurant went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable with my 3 month old son. Super kind and attentive.
Fries were filled properly plus they were fresh. All the other staff members were friendly as well. Very rarely do you get a good experience at McDonald's these days as they are not run very well. This one was great. Great job to the manager!

“Damn good chicken shawarma pita. I lived in Ottawa for a while where shawarma was outstanding and this easily compares. It reminds me of the old days of Ali Baba on Queen St W at Bathurst, late nights after clubbing. Delicious sauce, chicken seasoned just right, bare no frills quick service, cold drinks. “A little store with big flavour and nostalgic Vietnamese street foods! It may not look fancy but the food is packed with so much flavour.

We tried the lemongrass tofu banh mi (sandwich), the banh trang tron (mixed rice paper) and banh cuon (steamed pork rolls). For a simple place, everything had a mix of complex flavours that was for a very fair price.

The owner is extremely friendly and down to earth. She prides herself for no msg dishes as she herself prefers not to eat it. You can always call ahead to order if you're on the go!“

“I am usually not a Taco typa guy, but this place got me reconsidering my life choices. It was actually really realllly good. Fresh ingredients and delicious food. The Birria Tacos were excellent, so much flavor in every bite. We tried the Chicken Tacos and Beef Tacos, and they were really good as well. We also got the Chicken and the Steak Quesadillas, and boy oh boy, they were so juicy and yummy. The kids loved em. Lol they thought it was a new type of pizza. We will be back again to try the fish tacos, they were sold out. And I personally will be back for those Birrias. “Friendly staff! If they make any mistakes, they fix it right away and I usually don't have reoccuring issues. Of course this location is very busy, especially during events at the venue History as there aren't many options in the vicinity of the area, but that being said the staff works well as a team to get the orders out as quickly as possible. “This place has the best beef and pork liver noodles I've had, both the noodles and the pork liver are cooked just right..... crispy. Soup is hot and their home made chili sauce tastes great. Very reasonable price, $10 including tax.
It's a self-serve restaurant, you put in your order at the front counter, they'll call your number to pickup your order with disposable containers and utensils. Just like McDonald's, you dispose of your stuff after you are done. The restaurant is clean, there is free seating and they encourage table sharing. The restaurant is clean.“

“The food truck is at a very convenient and great spot if you dont want to go out of your way to the Waterfront. The BeaverTail my husband and I shared, BrrWownie, waswell made and tasted great.
The only downside to our experience was when we waited a really long time for our BeaverTail to be made, and unfortunately the lady forgot about us and served a couple of teenagers first who arrived after us, so my husband had to go up and remind her of our order. We were on the way to Rogers for a ball game that night (about two weeks ago) but we figured we arrived early enough to still have time to grab a beavertail and eat it on the way to our gate, in spit of it being busy. But due to the incident that we were forgotten and others who arrived after us were being served, we ended up being late for our game.
The lady herself was friendly and hardworking and knows how to make good beavertails, but we could see she was overwhelmed with the large amount of customers she had to deal with on her own. The only suggestion I have is to get an extra person to help out, have 2 people work, during the time when a lot of people come for the ball games. There are huge crowds of people passing the food truck on the way to Rogers Center and it would help lighten the load of the overwhelming amount of orders that she had to deal with all at once if she had a second person helping her.
Other than that, keep up the good work and perhaps we would stop by again when we are in Toronto next time!“

“Recent trip to STC decided to try the Bingz crispy burger. Price seems affordable between $6-8 for their burger/sandwich.
For those looking for a hamburger experience this is not it. It’s an Asian sandwich. I would equate it to a flaky Indian roti that is small and opened up to mimic a bun. Then meat filling inside.
My impression the crust was flaky - but lacked flavour. I am comparing it to an Indian roti which is by far more buttery. I tried the black pepper beef. I have mixed feelings about it. The seasoning was interesting not black pepper Asian style but more of an Indian beef style. I didn’t mind the seasoning. But the choice of meat was odd mine was a fat cap so each piece I bit into was fat which is rubbery. I’m not sure I enjoyed that. It did have flavour but the actual meat part was missing.
I paired it with a wonton soup. This is a northern style noodle soup with wontons. The wontons were great the soup broth was plain and noodles bland. Good to try once the soup was expensive and combo came up to under $20. I’m not sure for mall food it was that affordable. Packaging was great.“
