“Very poor service. I was there at 6 a.m. , ordered my drink and waited and waited. When I asked after 10 minutes why I didn't have my drink yet, the girl told me that there was a problem with the machine. Then she called the shift supervisor who started to fix it. After more than 15 minutes and no explanation or apology, I finally got my drink. Still no apology or explanation. Moreover, the shift supervisor was upset with me that I was unhappy!! Strange ..... and very disappointed.“

“I was excited to hear about a place that serves Halifax style donairs so I was real anticpating this one. Now I am not disappointed but feel that are differences between the two I say this because I was born in Halifax, N.S. and donairs is #1 thing that people love. The difference is the thickness of the sauce, thickness of the pita and there is no lettuce added to a traditional donair just white onions and tomatoes to round it out. With these few changes to there donair you can say it would make it more authentic. These donairs are delicious and flavourful.“

Been going there for years and I’ve tried every place in the area, all the chains, and countless places in every corner of the city. you will not find a better place. “I went there last night and they were closing in 20 minutes and had turned off their fryers. They were so kind and still took my order and prepared me some delicious chicken. I manage businesses and I know what it feels like when someone shows up fifteen minutes before closing to get food. Great people and great food. “Came at 8:30pm today. Staff took my order (there was the only one and I saw the name is Gemi on the receipt) was so kind and understanding. I couldn’t eat too spicy so he was ok when I wanted chili on the side. My friend had issues with his spicy noodle and the staff also fixed it to him. The guys are really polite, accommodating and made a simple takeout even smoother.I would go back anytime for takeout (only real option). “As you enter, there is a sign on the front door with "Cash or local debit cards only". They do however have an ATM inside. Very convenient. There are a good variety of noodles to choose from, with different soup base and meats/seafood. The Fudao House Special noodle N1 is really tasty and the broth is not oily or too salty. “Good portion and kind workers. All meat is halal! My go-to is the chicken on fries. Their fries are cooked to perfection and not too thin or thick! They have daily deals but I can't go without this. You get 5% off if you pay with cash but you have to remind them. The rice isn't too bad but I'm personally not a fan. Amazing portions, I'm always stuffed afterwards.Sometimes I just get a side of fries for 4$ and thats worth it too for a quick bite.Prices are average compared to other fast food at UTSC so it isn't more expensive than other places. They take meal plan too. Don't order on UberEats, its 3$ more expensive on there. The lines are not too bad just wait 5 mins and you'll get your food. “This was absolutely amazing. I Uber Eatsed a crunchy chicken bowl and I genuinely gasped when I took my first bite. You could actually taste all the different toppings and textures and it was so good. I also got a side of fries, and instead of skinny fries, they have those crunchy medium thick fries which I thought couldn't be as good as skinny fries but it was so much better, you have to try it to believe it. The only reason service didn't get 5 stars isn't necessarily the restaurant's fault, but the food was a little cold when it arrived. Other than that the bowl was extremely good and I will definitely be ordering from here again.“

“Customer service was great although a bit busy they were quick and efficient and took my order in less than 5 minutes and food was ready in 10 minutes or less. The place over is quite small and gets cramped during busy hours but the fast service makes up for it. The burger is delicious and juicy, the only thing i would change is that it has more sauce :). Overall it is worth the visit! The fries are fresh and very filling. I've tried the OG cheeseburger which is a great pick-me up as well as the Classic Chicken Sandwich.
