“Uodate 1/24/2026: the beef tenderloin sandwich is excellent here. Kenzie seated us and also showed us the dessert menu - gave us her recommendations. She was very warm and welcoming. Our server, Natalia, did an amazing job looking after us. She explained our options and was super cheerful with all her customers. We've been here before so we know Ella also, who works at the bar. They have such good staff here. Kudos to this team.

The Wings are amazing here and their cheesy spinach dip is unbeatable. Really good cheesecake too! We had an awesome server (Hanna) who kept checking on us. She is so friendly and super efficient and made it a great experience for us.“

“We went to Symposium for our anniversary and what an amazing night! Our server Jaime was beyond amazing. Extremely welcoming and fantastic customer service. I recently came home from a trip in Bermuda and asked the bartender to make me a 'Bermudian Rum Swizzle' and Sawan did not disappoint! He nailed it right on the pin! The food was delicious and compliments to the chef! We also indulged in their tiramisu cake as our dessert and my goodness, the flavor! So fresh! She was an absolute superstar from start to finish. Friendly, funny, and incredibly on top of everything, Josie made us feel genuinely welcome the moment we sat down. Our drinks were never empty, our food was perfect, and she somehow managed to be everywhere at once - all with a smile and great energy.

You can tell when someone truly cares about their job, and Josie really does. She didn’t just serve us dinner, she made the whole experience better. “We are a family with 3 celiacs. There are so many gluten free options. Staff are very knowledgeable about cross contact precautions. The food was absolutely delicious. We loved everything we ordered. The serving sizes were good. The staff were so kind and friendly. We will be back for sure. This place is a gem. Thank you.“

“We recently went for a family night out and had dinner here. Linda was our sever and was fantastic. Not only did she entertain my terrible “listen Linda” jokes, but she had some funny jokes of her own. Dinner was delicious and Linda checked in on us frequently. We will definitely come back.“

“The absolute worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Inadequately trained servers, the "manager" definitely could use some serious customer service training AND training with the payment system as he struggled with processing our bill. The food was served cold. We order a Chicken BLT wrap just before our meal ended To-Go and after waiting over 50 minutes for our takeout, we were told the takeout was busy with takeout orders for customers?? excuse me?? what are we?? We had just ordered 2 bar drinks, an appetizer and 2 main entres, so I guess we are not a customer. Unbelievable!! And then the manager proceeded to be combative with us when we began to rightfully complain. No apologies, no discount, nada! No surprise this place has a low rating...THEY'VE EARNED IT! 👎“

“We were celebrating a birthday and it was absolutely perfect! Definitely will be back. We enjoyed the winter menu as well. A wee bit disappointed about 2 deserts weren't available but we managed quite well with the other deserts offered. Thank you“

“We asked for a quiet area to sit they sat a family with little kids having a birthday party next to us and another group of about 15 people just down from us the cutlery is dirty none of the knife and forks match the location by the highway has gone down hill we been waiting for our food for about and hour and people that ordered after us got their food The seats are dirty and ripped and holes new furniture in here and plus the tables always sticky gross and service very bad and no tip from us“
