“Unfortunately, I had the steak chunk sandwich, on special....their name for it was a Cheesesteak sandwich...chunks of reheated old steak, with ample grizzle, without cheese...couldn't eat it...but the onion rings were great...used to love going there, but the food has dropped in quality...sad. Did get ample apologies from our waitress, and it's certainly not her fault...she did go inside, after seeing the mess on my plate...comped half the price, even with 3/4 left...oh well...thank you, I guess.“

“This place never disappoints. The homemade cakes are the best and every time I walk in, the owner asks me how pieces of cake do I want even before I sit down.

They are only open from 7am-3pm so get there before they close.“

“Between doctor appointments, a friend & I had lunch at Olga’s Kitchen, located in Woodhaven, MI, yesterday. The food was really good & Sabrina, our server was excellent. We received some of the best service I have ever had and I wanted to recognize her. Sabrina was very personable and very, very attentive to our needs. Due to illness I am unable to get out very often and she made this a most enjoyable Olga’s’ experience. Thank you Sabrina, are an asset to your employer!“

This is one of those places where you just know most of their daily business is from the community, and the staff probably knows most of the customers names.My waitress was named Julia and she was both witty and pleasant. The service was extremely quick and cashing out was a breeze.I must go back and visit again in a few weeks. I will update this soon.“

“I met up with my family at On the Rocks for Tuesday $1.00 burger night and the food was very good. They have awesome fried rice there too. Everyone in our party really enjoyed the food. The staff was great. They genuinely cared about the service they were delivering. We will definitely be going back there again!“

“Want to give a review for Chloe S. I came in with my grandparents and niece along with my 2 children, 3yrs. old and 8 weeks old. She sat us outside under the awning and was a great experience. Showed the kids a lot of attention and made sure we were all taken care of coming out and checking on us consistently. BTW the food was great!“

“My husband and I went for our anniversary. The atmosphere is amazing. It is right on the water and they have huge windows for a great view. It was very quiet, but it was only a couple days after Thanksgiving. Maybe everyone was still enjoying their leftovers. The food was excellent. We tried the steak and cheese egg rolls for the appetizer, the fish and chips and chicken marsala for the main courses, and a non- alcohol berry drink. All of it was fantastic. I brought home cheesecake for dessert. It was good, but a small piece. Everything was reasonably priced and the server, Jasmine was exceptional. She checked on us quite often and was very kind. We will definitely be going back.It looked like they had live music there, but not this night. Maybe next time!“

“Deluxe double burger and fries were fresh and made with care. I chose to order inside, the drive thru was very busy. It took a bit longer than normal to get my order but it was definitely fresh. The service was friendly, knowledgeable and well trained. The restaurant was clean and orderly.“

“Booked an engagement party for 70 guests. Had a full dinner buffet and open bar. Outstanding service and 100 percent pleased with absolutely everything! Arielle who was the event coordinator was extremely thorough and accurate in all her communications. Day of event went perfectly and the service was top notch.“

“Great Food-Fantastic staff! Always comes to the table at the right temperature! It’s a small building but they push out the food! The kitchen always listens carefully to special orders/requests! Came in yesterday (Sunday) and I told the waitress “they made it exactly how I wanted it-it was delicious” -and she said “they better! I put them on notice!!” ?? Everyone seemed happy to be there, and I heard the waitstaff saying goodbye to each other at shift change-and all were so sweet to each other. No catty drama. We come here often and it never disappoints!“

nd a grilled bacon sandwich. People chatting casually. Felt like a good local bar. When we left a couple of the regulars were outside and told us to enjoy the rest of night.“

“I had breakfast at Nanas kitchen this morning. After eating, talking with company I noticed the cook wasn't wearing gloves while handling the food. He handled bacon, wiped his hands on his apron, proceeded to grab his phone and coffee and talking to customers. Not washing hands before returning to handling food. Another cook also started, no gloves, while grabbing bacon, pile of hash browns with 2 hands, in-between grabbing the trashcan from under the counter. The service and food was good but seeing the above grossed me out. Waitress was told but, said she would say something but I continued watching the cook handling food with no gloves until we left.“

“Cameron came to our table and sat down to go over the specials with us. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable about the entire menu. When he mentioned the lemon rice soup I told him that was my favorite and he brought us a complimentary cup for each of us to try. As you can tell by the pictures it was absolutely wonderful. I do like mine a little more soupy but the flavor was off the charts. We ordered omelettes which were absolutely delicious and we also ordered the Club Sandwich. I did ask to have my hash browns extra extra well done, they were not and that would be my only complaint. Otherwise the whole experience was wonderful. I would give this restaurant a 9 out of 10 and we would most definitely come back to try other things on the menu. The entire staff appears to be very friendly and welcoming. This place I would definitely recommend.“

“HORRIBLE. Don't waste your money here, they don't care *at all*. We ordered dinner, waited 10 minutes before a 20 minute drive to pick it up curbside. My partner called to say he arrived and they kept him on hold for 8 minutes until they came back and said they're waiting on biscuits. He waited even longer. I am sick and my meal was a simple coconut shrimp appetizer. Not complicated to pack up whatsoever along with his fish and chips and a salmon dinner for my friend (that the chef DOUSED with salt. I took a bite myself, it was basically inedible.). I then called to report these issues and they told me they're too busy (on a Monday night at 7pm well past any dinner rush lolol) to deal with me and they will call back "later... Like way later if you're even still awake" - verbatim from the hostess' mouth. 🙄 Didn't offer a replacement or a refund, just blatantly let me go without dinner and did ZERO to mend the situation. Absolutely asinine. We paid $70 for sh*tty fish and chips basically. 🤣 Save yourself the hassle and eat anywhere but here.“

“We were supposed to celebrate my sons 21st birthday at at different establishment, but do to a technical computer error, that establishment was closed for the day. The Bierhaven was able to accommodate my large group at the last minute. The staff were great and professional and the food was amazing. After we left the restaurant, my son left cash, visa gift cards and other items behind. We didn’t realize we left these items behind. The Bierhaven found my son on Facebook and reached out to him to get these items back to him. Most places or people would have pocketed the cash and gift cards, but they didn’t. Thank you for having an honest staff crew. We appreciate it ❤️“
