“We have ordered through the website two big ice cream cakes for my daughter's first birthday. I have received a call the day after submitting my order to finalize details and I must say that they went above and beyond to meet my request, knowing that my daughter has a swallow issue and that ice cream is the only cake she could get. I am very thankful for the friendliness of the person on the phone and for the beautiful cakes we got to enjoy the day of the celebration. Both of them looked beautiful and were delicious. Thank you again for stellar customer service and friendly care.“
“We dropped in for ice cream cones. They have a large selection of flavours and a couple of choices of cones including the traditional cone and they make a waffle cone. We had one of each. We spent about $14 for the two single scoop cones. I'm not sure that getting a second scoop would have added a huge amount but one must watch what one indulges in having.
Parking: There are about four spaces right at the door including a handicap space. There are plenty of additional spaces to the side and within the small plaza it's beside.“

“I ordered a custom cake here and it turned out great. I sent them a slightly grainy looking photo as it was a snapshot of an old TV show. I was worried about how the photo would look on the cake but it looked perfect. The cashier even let me know of a coupon I almost missed out on while scanning my point. Great service and delicious cake!“

Our 2-1/2 yr old grand-daughter sat with her nose an inch from the sprinkled covered cake waiting for me to serve. The cakes were loved by all. 💜“

“this is my absolute most favorite place to go when iam downtown Hamilton! I have been going here for many years now! the lady who runs this place is always soo friendly! she always has a smile on her face when you walk threw the door! she loves to get to know her customers! “The frozen yogurt here is quite predictable but solid tasting, however it is quite pricy for the quantity. It is comparable in terms of taste and price to other ice cream shops in the area.Besides single serve cones, ready-made ice cream cakes are also available on-hand and can be customized quickly.I appreciate that they have some alternative options such as sugar-free.“

“Very cool rolled ice cream and Vietnam Coffee shop on Locke Street. Excellent Vietnamese coffee in two ways. Standing Zip and seal bag n sip coffee, available in four flavors (I went with Ube). And my new favorite way to have vietnamese coffee, Rolled Ice cream style topped with crushed sponge toffee, condensed milk, and grass jelly. Refreshing , delicious, and creamy. They also have more cool flavors that I will have to try through the summer. Definitely a must try“

“We frequent Scoops for the delicious ice cream and amazing prices. Great deal for scooped ice cream and what other ice cream place in town has a beautiful waterfront vista to enjoy while you indulge? We've always found the staff to be courteous and very patient when our children take a long time choosing their flavours. Family favourites are the Key Lime and the Blueberry Cheesecake. We happily keep coming back for more.“

“I frequent this establishment on occasions, but personally find them a bit on the expensive side. But they do supply quality ice cream products, and a wide assortment of flavours to choose from. They have cones, sundaes and shakes etc, even popcorn if one wants. On this particular day 05/28/2024 around 8:00 P.M. the place was busy, they had two employees serving the customers. I had ordered the small Rum & Raisin cone and wife ordered a small cup of Chocolate Chip ice cream in dish. The ice cream (Rum & Raisin) was very tasty and delicious (BUT kind of on the small side) for the money. Wife enjoyed the Chocolate-Chip in the dish, but it too was on the small side. With HST for the two it came to $12.52. But I guess one pays for the quality or the name-Because it’s Baskin Robbins?
Parking: Plenty of parking-It’s located in small strip mall near Litter Caesar’s Pizza and Popeyes Chicken Outket.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of room for children.
Wheelchair accessibility: There seems to be plenty of room to maneuver for walkers or wheelchairs.“

My friends and I recently visited Baskin-Robbins and had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the ice cream was delicious, with the waffle cone fresh and perfectly crisp. The shop was clean and well-maintained, with a washroom available and wheelchair-friendly access.
With a wide variety of flavors, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Though it’s a small location and can get busy during peak times, it’s definitely worth the wait. A truly five-star experience!
I must commend the staff on duty, as she made the experience even better. Her eagerness to serve, engaging conversation, and cheerful demeanor added to the enjoyment. The laughter was plentiful, making the visit truly memorable.
Side note there’s a couple is little seating places. Not to big.
Parking: It’s in a plaza so there is lots of parking if the parking lot full there’s also the side street
Kid-friendliness: There is high chairs
Wheelchair accessibility: First floor easy access“

“Marble Slab is the families' favourite upscale icecream place. Lots of quality flavours and stuff to get smashed into them. I miss the lemon lime, bring it back!!

“Picked up ice cream cupcakes for Autism Ontario event today! They were an amazing treat on a hot day! My kids were very surprised and super grateful for such things! Thank you to the lady owner that spoke to me and held on to the treats as I was unable to pick them up before! She really made my kids day! My son who is autistic said it was the most delicious treat ever 😍 thank you for your generosity! We will be back to enjoy more treats in the future for sure! 🥰🥰🥰“
