“Okay so I gave this bakery an order for 30 CUSTOM cupcakes with TWO days notice, and this absolutely lovely lady said "I will make it happen!" FTLoC took time out of her day to talk through my thoughts for these cupcakes, was patient while I sent her multiple photos of concepts I liked, and took time to answer all my questions about freshness and how they travel etc. When I delivered the cupcakes to my extended family for our celebration, everyone across the board thought they looked gorgeous and tasted delicious, so really, HIGHLY recommend every aspect of this bakery!! I got a follow-up response from the owner, kudos to the person (always smart to follow up on customer's feedback however ungrounded ), I get to rectify this erroneous rating. I'm giving a five-star because I've always enjoyed the service at any Timmys I go to and this shop makes the effort to following up on a 2-star rating speaks volume to how much they care about the customers and the brand.“
